Master bedroom with TV and an suite bathroom and a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and private bath, the third bedroom has a queen bed and it´s own bath also with granite.

Central to the house is the living room and dining room with glass doors to the pool area

What a lovely holiday we had in this rental, the location on the canal was perfect, the pool was just lovely to cool off in and we stayed her for 2 weeks and loved every minute.We needed somewhere to really relax but to be close enough to a highway so we could visit places, this rental was it. We had pool days and days out, a perfect combination.Susanne was great, if we needed anything she was right there, excellent service from her and her husband.The house was big enough for 6 people comfortably, we were only 2 so didn't use half of it, the outside area for lounging, dining and sunbathing was fab and we spent all out time out there, the Tiki on the dock was lovely to sit with a morning coffee or a glass of wine on an evening, we couldn't fault it.We hesitated booking due to it only having 1 review but we didn't need to worry at all, the check in information was sent and the self check in was easy, there is a welcome book in the house with all the info you may need for your stay.We are already looking at when we can return, Thanks Susanne :-)

This place is wonderful! It has been updated and has a great location to the bridge to Ft. Myers so you don't have to mess with traffic. The house has the master and other two bedrooms separated for privacy and that was a nice feature. Great lanai with some shade from the sun and we loved the tiki hut at the dock so we could drink our morning coffee/afternoon refreshments and watch the boats go by. Very relaxing vacay and we would definitely come back again. When we arrived, Carl came to pump up the bike tires and Susanne was very friendly and attentive to all the details. Great asset to the owners! Ann
