Steve & Brenda Schell. We have been in St. Augustine now for 14 years. Steve is retired Army National Guard. Our love for St. Augustine began while working here before retirement. We began sharing our love for St Augustine Beach by inviting family to town. This duplex will enable us to share St Augustine Beach with you! Currently we have 2 homes but it seems like St Augustine is the main residence. Our other home is in Central Florida where we grew up and our families are still located.Residents in St. Augustine are fun and enjoyable. The atmosphere is friendly and 60s themed. Life is slower. Time will slow down and you will not want to leave!

"We had a wonderful stay."

The house was well equipped, clean and perfect for the 2 of us and our small dog. We stayed for 6 weeks and would have stayed longer if we could .The cottage is located in a residential area - near restaurants...
