Fell in love with Florida and been snow birding here last few years.I saw this property last year and fall in love with it. Despite I Made an offer 20 k over the listing price, seller still didn't accept my offer. View 5 other properties and attempted to offer on each of them with no success. Even though given up not in my blood, I quit looking, didn't want to offer 50-100k over the listing price. Low and behold after 6 weeks, the seller agent of this house called me to see if I am still interested in purchasing it. as first buyer back up for unknown reason. Guess this house is meant to be mine. I Love this house and come here as much as I am able. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.I have a daily listing in air bnb also.
