I grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida since I was 7 years old and am absolutely obsessed with the Central West Coast of Florida, especially St. Pete Beach.It’s always been a dream to own a house on the water with a pool and now I’m fortunate to have two. One I rent out seasonally and use myself and the other (that I bought because of all the demand I had) I rent out year round, typically on a 3-4 month basis.
