Hello. Our main home is in Iowa. We fell in love with Fort. Myers Beach and had three properties there. Unfortunately, after Hurricane Ian, we lost two of the three structures. We decided to purchase this house because it was close to the beach but away from the hurricane surge. This house is so cozy! It has a fenced-in back yard, lanai, and a nice heated pool. It is in such a perfect location, too. We are close to the beach, close to the bridge going to Cape Coral, close to downtown Fort. Myers, and very close to many of the stores, restaurants, and things to do. Although the neighborhood is nice and peaceful for a relaxing day or evening by the pool. It is perfect for us! We hope to eventually move to Florida for the winter or all year round. But, for now, we are renting out our properties when we are not there. We hope you enjoy it here as much as we do!
