Lovely condo in a great location

This is the second summer we spent in the Stamp’s condo. It’s a lovely space with many amenities. The building is across from the beach, in walking distance to the boardwalk in St. John’s Pass, and a short drive to many other great locations. We hope to make this a tradition.

Wonderful stay!

Bills condo was awesome and he was super easy to work with! Very clean and had everything you could possibly ask for in a beach getaway. Everything was new, clean and fresh. Amazing views of the bay/boats from the living room and master bedroom and even a partial beach view from the guest bedroom. The location cant be beat either. Walking distance to great food and all that Johns Pass has to offer and direct beach access right across the street. Also easy drives to nearby Treasure Island and St Pete beaches for those that like to beach hop like we do. We have stayed at many beach condos over the years and this one is right near the top. I don't think you will find anywhere better for the price anywhere on the Gulf! Thanks for having us. We plan to return ASAP.

Great Vacation

What a great condo to rent. Could not ask for a cleaner condo and location. One of the best places in Madeira Beach because everything is right there. Owner is great to work with he gets back as soon as you get in touch with him.

spring break

Beautiful marina view

Home from Home

Bill is a very responsive host. Helpful form the first email to the last. His Condo is lovely, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you could possible need (and more) right down to beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. The beach is just across the road and is perfect, never too busy. Johns Pass is a very short walk from the condo with shops, restaurants and bars and is a really interesting place too. Try Cantina which is next door to the resort......I had dinner on the deck and the food was great and as its up a couple of floors gets some great air even when its hot (reasonable prices too). Publix is a 2 minute drive along the road for anything you might need for your stay. All in a great location, fantastic condo and great host. See you next year Bill.

Everything we needed in a great location

This resort is just across the street from the beach with easy access via crosswalk. The condo is on the 4th floor. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware if you want to prepare meals. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach towels, so you don't need to bring those. The balcony overlooks a beautiful, tranquil marina. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this a great place for a family to stay. There's a washer and dryer in the condo so you can go home with clean clothes! John's Pass Village is just a short walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfull

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a view of the water where the boats are docked. Is close to John's Pass which we love. I would love to stay there again. William is an excellent host. Very nice and helpful. Made our stay wonderful.

Great condo for our annual Thanksgiving trip!

This two bedroom, two bath unit is everything we needed (and more) for our annual Thanksgiving holiday! The condo is perfectly located on the Intercoastal side of Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach. It was great to watch the yacht activity in the marina and made for some awesome photos! And it was quiet as we weren't facing Gulf Blvd but could see the ocean from the second bedroom! A quick walk across Gulf Blvd (with the RRFB) crosswalk located directly out the front door makes for convenient access to the beach. John's Pass is a very easy walk and the famous Bamboo Beach Bar is two doors down. Couldn't have asked for more - thanks for sharing your home Bill and Shannon!

Excellent

Had an excellent trip! The unit was great, modern with a Nautica touch. It was immaculate and very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony admiring the yachts and having our morning coffee. The complex is very well maintained and right across the street from the beach. The best is that it is walking distance to John's pass. Would definitely stay again!!!

Fabulous!

Beautiful condo across the street from the beach, next to Johns’ Pass. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Beach chairs with small cooler pouches that hold a couple of drinks are provided. We didn’t cook, but it looked like it was well stocked with cook wear and utensils. The entire building was clean. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable and updated! Only a half block to walk to Johns Pass and the beach is across the road. Was nice to watch the boats in the marina. Only one thing, there are no washrooms at the pool.

Perfect!

We came to mix a bit of business with vacation time and Bill’s condo did not disappoint! The location is perfect for access to everything. An easy walk across the street to the beach (not to mention chairs, umbrella, beach toys etc. all available in the condo for use as an added bonus!) or a quick walk a couple of blocks to John’s Pass for dining, shopping or hopping on a boat tour. Beautiful views of the marina out every window, and enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning while quietly watching the sun rise was good for the soul. Bill’s place is beautiful and has everything you need. I would rate it 5 stars plus!

Madeira Beach Bay Resort

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo and location were wonderful! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay! The condo is updated nicely. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and umbrella. So many fantastic restaurants in walking distance. The Boardwalk on Johns Pass is a hidden gem-excellent lobster rolls, phillys, grouper tacos, fries and onion rings. Bill was great with communication! I was hesitant of not booking through a direct website such as a vrbo as you book directly with Bill. All went very smoothly! Would definitely use again.

Good location and clean

Great beach getaway

It was such a pleasure staying at this beautiful modern condo. Every room is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Beds are very comfortable. Condo has everything you need for your stay, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach access is very convenient, a crosswalk right in front of condo to a beautiful part of Madeira beach. The Mexican restaurant (Mad Beach Cantina) right beside the condo was superb with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. John’s Pass is right beside the condo, with lots of restaurants and gift stores. Lots of grocery stores in the area. Traveled with husband and my 2 adult sister’s. I would like to thank Bill for his kindness and trusting us to send the money on such short notice. We booked this condo last minute because we had been evacuated the week before (from a different condo) due to hurricane Ian. Couldn't have had a better stay!

I don't know where to begin, other than to say that we couldn't have had a better trip or found a better place to stay. Bill was incredibly easy to work with and answered my questions quickly. The condo was exactly as described, if not better than described, and very clean. We've stayed at many places that have let us down, but this was truly the exception. You also can't beat the location -- being next to John's Pass is a huge win in my book. The beautiful view of the marina from the back balcony was an even bigger plus. The beach is quick, easy walk up one block and the condo came complete with all of the necessary gear (chairs, umbrellas, children's toys, etc.). Madeira beach was beautiful, but there are also several other beaches around that are a quick drive away!We didn't experience any construction issues on our floor or hear any construction above us, so I'm assuming renovations are complete in MBR Building I. The pool and hot tub were also back open for owners and guests over at Building II; I noticed someone commented on that in the previous review. Parking was ample, and we had no issues getting the parking pass from the front desk in Building II.Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Best we have had

This was our fourth trip to this area and was the best we have experienced in comforts/amenities. It is unfortunate that full disclosure of repairs/installment of floors/walls (on the floors above us) in addition to pool closure *that was disclosed* was going on. The discount offered of 11% was nice - but walk-in vacationers were offered 15-20% per the check in desk and by other patrons in the elevator. The parking deck rules were changed to second deck only by property management there - with threats of towing posted. Please know that this has more to do with property management. Dealing with Mr. Stamp was pleasant via text and email! Decor and updates (looked like complete overhaul) were wonderful! Can’t wait to return to this area for vacation!

Just perfect!

I had never used Florida Rentals before and was a little skeptical. But it worked out perfectly! Bill's place was the absolute perfect location in Maderia Beach. Amazing views of the intercostal from the balcony and right across the street from the beautiful white sand beach. Not to mention next door to John’s Pass, where there were many great bars and restaurants! Will definitely be back.

Pure Perfection!

What's not to love about this condo?! The location is amazing; walking distance to John's Pass and the beach and a great view of the canal from the balcony. The condo was spotless and came with everything we needed. Beds were super comfy (which is a huge plus!). There are (4) beach chairs provided so no need to your own unless you need more! Bill was fantastic to work with. Replied to my emails in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Madeira Beach. Thank you for everything!

Honey, I'm home!

Home! What I felt as I crossed the threshold. If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further! The amenities, the furniture, the surroundings were just comfortable and welcoming.The views of the Intercostal Waterway is just stunning. Great July vacation

Great room

Our accommodations were great. Heck in was easy, room was adequately supplied. No complaints. The negative was with how the common area off the elevators leave a less than good impression. Rugs were filthy,water stained and smelled musty. We were on 4 th floor, so decided to look on higher floors and floors beneath us, all in same condition.We did let the owner know this when we arrived home. I would hope that maintenance is taking care of this as it is not appealing to a renter.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

We just spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The condo was bright, airy and spotless! Location was perfect. We were one block from John’s Pass. The free trolly picked you up right outside the building and ran from Clearwater to St Pete’s Beach. The owners were great and were prompt to answer any questions! Will definitely stay here again!

Incredibly relaxing stay

My husband and I needed a little escape away from the day to day stress of 2020. We were so happy that we found this rental as we were able to kick back and relax in this beautiful condo. A perfect location to experience everything the area has to offer including John’s Pass, Madeira Beach access and restaurants & pubs. From sunrise over the bay to amazing sunset in the gulf, we enjoyed it all. We can’t wait to rebook and look forward to going back.
