All newer appliances, granite countertop. Prime location near 41 and Brantley in a well maintained, very peaceful and quiet community. This unit at Venetian Palms offers two swimming pools and fitness room, tennis courts, pickle ball, horseshoes , sand volleyball and shuffleboard. Only 8 miles, 20 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach and easy walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, bars, the Bell Tower shopping mall, Nail salons and a fabulous yoga studio. This is a beautiful complex with palm trees and oak trees, lined with fountains for an after dinner stroll. Kitchen is fully stocked, Electric range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker. TV with cable.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed.

Why Kids Love It
The swimming pools are very inviting and there is bowling a few blocks away and numerous mini golf courses.
This property is conveniently located near 41 and Brantley walking distance to many restaurants including the Olive Garden and Famous Dave’s barbecue. But, an even better secret it’s located very close to Gracies Italian Trattoria which is spectacular and Mission BBQ which is very good.
It is close to Ada’s natural market. There are many places within walking distance Walgreens, IHOP, Five Guys Burgers and a fun taco bar called Tijuana Flats with a very good salsa lineup (located just outside the back gate of Venetian Palms), Carrabba‘s Italian Grill, Wells Fargo bank, Mona Lisa Pizza, Korean steakhouse, Olive Garden, first watch which is wonderful for breakfast or brunch. All walking distance.
The best thing about this property is that it is tucked away in a quiet wooded setting while still being close to all the conveniences of restaurants and shopping
If you have a vehicle you can easily drive to the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands as well as the lively beach atmosphere at Fort Meyers.
And if you like golf there are 12 golf courses in the near vicinity. I personally do not play golf so you will have to research what your options are.
We have a back gate where you can easily walk to get your groceries at Ada natural market. There is a nice Taqueria they’re called Tijuana Flats that has delicious food and a very long and fun salsa bar. Also across the street from that is an excellent breakfast location called First Watch, a pizza and Italian restaurant called Mona Lisa.
There are just so many good restaurants in walking distance if you’re looking for a straw if not you can easily take a two or three minute drive.
There are lots of delicious places nearby such as University grill.
Gracies Trattoria has a local favorite and a hidden gem.
If you’re into miniature golf Tiger Woods has the best mini golf in the world located right here in Fort Myers.
If you haven’t tried the new trend of ax throwing there is a lovely bar located just a few miles away on colonial that opens up at 4 o’clock in the afternoon for you to give yourself the opportunity to ax throwing.
There is a cute little family owned bowling alley within walking distance and we are right across the street from the Refuge, a community church.
Of course there are the beaches of Fort Myers, however the restaurants there are we building. There are hundreds of restaurants in the city of Fort Myers that are not located directly on the beach. You also have the nearby city of Venice to the north and Naples to the south.
A great inside scoop is the coconut mall, it is truly a treat, with a European feel and many outdoor dining options as well as retail.

We have purchased this beautiful condo and want to make it perfect for you. We have added premium vinyl flooring to the 2nd two bedrooms.
All of the furniture and bedding is new.
Also, couch and coffee table and Area rug is new.
The Queen size beds are lovely, also new.
If you find that you were missing some thing that you desire we would be happy to consider purchasing it for the condo for you enjoyment.
The towels are new.
New beach chairs both low and high.
There is a portable patio set that you can utilize to enjoy some fresh air while you are enjoying coffee or sun downers while watching the sunset over the pond.

Stayed with my family in this conveniently located condo. Very roomy and so glad there was 3 bedrooms. This complex had everything we were looking for : Great pools , fitness center and plenty of restaurants to walk to. You can take nice walks in this dog friendly community its well maintained and has mature trees and ponds. Met lots of very nice people and you cant beat waking up to sunshine every day, We had a few minor hiccups when we first got there but the owner and the manager Elli were on top of everything and resolved it very quickly. They were both easy to communicate with and so helpful. Rented for a month and had a great time exploring Fort Myers and going to the many beaches nearby. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This is located on the second floor, there is no elevator. The unit looks out over the pond and the circle. Please see photo. Also there is no defined lanai however, there is a porch outside of our unit which looks out at the pond and circle you can utilize the folding chairs available in the inside closet if you would like to sit outside on the porch.
There are two pools we are very close to what’s considered the “smaller and quieter“ pool it is a 5 to 8 minute walk to the main pool or you can drive there is lots of parking just one driveway over at the clubhouse.
We are walking distance to both markets and many restaurants. We are even walking distance to an excellent chiropractor should you need one.
