Master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, dresser and 42’ TV. Window treatments allow clear view shade and blackout for night. Master bath with clean white linens and plenty of closet space. High speed WIFI with private unit internet WiFi password. Unit includes Free Valet parking for one car. Building features lobby with 24 security, fitness center, large pool, paved beach boardwalk, direct beach access with lounge chairs for use by guests at no additional charge.

️️️️️We had an absolutely AMAZING stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! The location is unbeatable being perfectly situated right on the beach and directly on the Miami Beach Walk, which we walked on every single day. The beach walk runs parallel to the gorgeous white sand and ocean!The completely renovated kitchen and guest bath are absolutely beautiful. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen especially made our stay feel luxurious and so comfortable and you can tell great care was put into every detail.The owner was fantastic to work with. Carlos was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free.This was a true five-star experience all the way around. We are already looking forward to coming back and will absolutely be renting again!

We have stayed in Miami for 20 years using hotels. No longer after finding this Condo. Condo is updated and has a great beach location! You can walk or ride the Collins Express(free) to food, Publics, Lincoln mall or even South Breach strip. Lot of food choices within 2 miles. Tavern great for breakfast (1/2) mile. Norman’s great all around food (1 mile). Piola’s has awesome Pizza-Salad-appetizers and delivers. Pool has Sun exposure until Sun goes down. Big deal in Winter. Beach chairs are free. Patio faces the inner coastal which is great for watching people-boats for happy hour. The boardwalk is priceless. Fountain Blue has great up scale lunch - 1 mile south on board walk. Great - secure building. Host could not have been nicer!! Chairs are located on the pool/patio level if prefer looking at the beach for coffee or happy hour. Beds/couch comfy. Work out room has plenty of options. Enjoy if your lucky enough to rent!

Zenek Z.Home away from home on the beach in Miami Beach
My spouse and I can't say enough great things about this condo. It's even nicer than the pictures show. If we could give it 10 stars we would. The building itself is beautifully maintained. This is a very large unit that is very clean. The unit has its own personal laundry and dryer which was a must for us. As well, the couch is very comfortable (another must have for us too). It's a full kitchen with all dishes, cutlery, cookware and appliances. He has put high quality sheets on the bed too! ...But our evening highlight was the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony with a nice view of the stars. The location is unbeatable. There's a bike/running/walking path right outside the building that leads to South Beach and goes up as far as Bal Harbor. The convenience of the stores around the corner, and a trolley stop outside the front door, makes it easy to get around. To top it all off, the landlord Carlos is fantastic. He accommodated us to ensure we had a great stay and he always responded immediately. We truly love it here and can't wait to return!

I stayed as a guest in this fantastic apartment for a total of six weeks and was absolutely thrilled! Carlos is a wonderful and extremely helpful host. He was very attentive and always available. Communication with him was excellent—easy and quick. Whenever I had questions, he was immediately there to assist.The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very spacious, featuring a large TV in the living room and an additional TV in the private bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The apartment lacks nothing. The kitchen is very well-equipped, including a dishwasher. There’s also a private washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. The balcony is particularly inviting in the evenings, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning sunset.This was my first time staying in this apartment, and I would gladly return anytime. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, as I felt extremely comfortable here. The reception/security staff and valet parking team were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Carlos, and hopefully see you again soon!

The location is excellent. The beach is across condo. Very easy to get to downtown or South Beach or North Beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything. it was easy to communicate with Carlos, the owner. The parking is in the building and that's a big bonus because we rented a car during our stay. We will visit again.
