We fell in love with this unit and it became our second one in the well-known and desirable Ocean Village Community on Hutchinson Island. This unit is immaculate; located on the top floor of a three-story building with elevator. You will open the door to a beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and the 1st hole of a 9-hole Executive golf course. Our condo is decorated with a beachy style and comes fully equipped from a set of cooking pots to beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even golf clubs. Welcome to a 120- acre gated community located directly on the ocean (600 yards of private beachfront). Amenities are abundant and the property is gorgeous.
You can take a two-minute walk: to the beach for shelling, fishing and swimming, tennis courts, or to one of four heated pools and jacuzzi, to shuffleboard, basketball, a new fitness center, library, restaurant, tiki bar, showers and sauna.
You will be able to sit on your patio while overlooking the 1st hole of the well-maintained executive course, see and hear the ocean, watch the sunrise and sunset. Bring your bicycles or rent them from Lisa Rentals or rent a Zagster scooter so you can ride to Archie's for a bite while listening to music or head to one of the many other restaurants and tikis with entertainment and happy hour.
When you tire of eating out, enjoy cooking in your remodeled kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, pots, Keurig, blender, dishes, drinking and wine glasses, and utensils. Kitchen has an open concept overlooking the living room and the TV.
For your convenience, your washer and dryer are right in your condo and there's no need to bring your hairdryer, iron, beach towels or tennis racquets.
The gorgeous executive nine-hole golf course, with lovely lakes and fountains, meanders throughout the community and is available to you at any time (free in the off-season and only $5 in-season starting December). Professional instructors are available. The tennis center, with its 10 quality tennis courts, 4 of which are hydro-court subsurface clay courts, offers professional instruction, leagues and fun tournaments in season. Bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, picnic areas by the lakes and lots of walkways complete your resort. The resort is a 24-hour guarded gate community and all guests wear wristbands.

CANCEL POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. If they cancel after that point, they are not guaranteed a refund. If we are able to rent during your canceled days, there may be a partial refund.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A $500 damage deposit will be refunded one week from completion of stay provided there is no significant damage to our home.

We are return renters at this property. My husband and I travel the state of Florida several times a year. This is by far our FAVORITE spot. The unit is inpeccable. It always looks like it just had an update...everytime. The host is responsive and does everything she can to be sure the stay is perfect. The unit overlooks the golf course and you can see the ocean from the balcony. STAY HERE....you will love it!

Having evacuated from the Gulf Coast, Susan (the owner) took care of me at short notice with a great condo in a lovely position (see views in pictures). Greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and clear instructions about the local neighbouring bars, pools, restaurants, attractions. She was always available to answer queries swiftly and the condo itself had everything that could be needed, beautifully clean and presented.As we in England would describe the stay "smashing"

We rented this condo for 1 week in September because of its location to the areas we wish to explore. We loved that the complex wasn't too busy this time of we enjoyed walking into the golf course without booking tee times. The pool wasn't busy at all, so we pretty much had it to ourselves. And the condo complex was quiet because we were there during the "off season". The beach is a short walk away. The condo itself was cute, inviting, very clean and has all the comforts of home. The bed is perfect. Each room is decorated with the little things that made our stay comfortable. Our host was very gracious and helpful. She made herself available to answer any questions and help us out when when needed. We are frequent travelers and often book through other platforms. We could tell this is a seasoned host with much experience. It was a pleasure dealing with this host.

We can’t say enough about our stay at Ocean Village. Susan and Joe shared their beautiful, updated piece of paradise with us. We found the location perfect as it was a short walk to the ocean, recreation center, Tiki Bar , Aruba pool and Pickleball courts, oh and did I mention the hole #1 of the golf course. There are numerous restaurants near by and a 20 minute drive to Vero Beach for amazing shopping. If you are looking for a great place on the ocean with great amenities and friendly people, unit # 1135 is your place.Once again Thank you Susan and JoeEnjoy your stay everyone
