Our family has owned this unit for more than 20 years, and we have spent the past few years refurbishing it and bringing it fully up-to-date.

St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg, is on Florida's west coast bordering the Gulf of Mexico, some 30 minutes drive from Tampa. Beautiful, empty, white powder sand beaches and a great range of watersports make this the perfect choice for your vacation. Some protected parts of the beach have been restored with native vegetation and are home to pelicans and other rare seabirds. Sports fans are only a short drive away from baseball and American football stadiums, horse racing, and dog racing tracks.
You can reach several attractions within about two hours drive, including the Everglades, South Miami Beach, Walt Disney World (Disneyland), SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center. The Florida Keys are also a popular destination for people on vacation.

Cancellation policy:
Up to eight weeks before arrival: free of charge.
8-4 weeks before arrival: down payment is forfeited (25%).
From 4 weeks before arrival: 75% of the final price is due.
If the trip is cancelled prematurely, there is no refund of the rent for days you had not been staying in the house.
Exception: If you cannot travel to Florida / Saint Petersburg due to pandemics like COVID or if there is a general travel warning for Florida, a free cancellation before the start of your trip is possible at any time - just like a travel interruption. In this case, only the days you had been actually been living in our house as well as the additional costs will be charged.

My husband and I used to live on Crescent Lake in St Pete so when having construction done to our house currently Mary our host thru Florida was nice enough to accomidate us for well over a month until the construction was done. the place was better than the pictures, it has private front and back area with a spa for lounging, all fenced in like i said, when we needed something Mary was right there every tine bar-non, all in I wound say we had a very pleasent stay.

My wife and i needed a place for a month while we were dealing with mold remediation then construction afterwards, we saw this beautiful place on Florida rentals and reached out to the host Mary who did everything she could to get us in there, and anything we needed she provided. The house was clean, big and beautiful, two 55 inch Ruku tv's, a great big long counch to lounge on, washer, dry, and all kichen amenities including a range with an air fryer. The bathroom was stunning, walkin shower with glass door, plenty of mirrors.We also had a PRIVATE front porch and back area that had a spa, when our house wasn't ready on time our host Mary was more than commodating and let us stay another week, Mary really impressed my wife and if I ever need another short term rental guess who we're calling first!!!

My wife and I stayed in this lovely townhouse for the month of April. Its exactly as stated in the description and pictures. Very spacious and has everything you need. We found it to be extremely quiet and everyone we met there was very nice. It's very close to everything such as restaurants, super markets, drugstores, clothing stores etc. The main beaches of Fort Desoto Park and Pass A Grille are 10-12 minutes by car. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Matt their property manager was the same. In short if you are looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable price check this out and you won't be disappointed.

My family and I lost our home due to the hurricane and we’re desperate for a quick rental. Cathrin and Martin were over accommodating to our request and gave us the perfect “home away from home” for 3 months. This place has everything you need, is in close proximity to downtown and beaches, and is gated which made us feel beyond safe with the kids. When we had any questions they were always available to help us. Truly a blessing that we crossed paths with them…you won’t be disappointed staying here knowing you are in great hands and also are supporting two great people.
