Living room has a queen size pull-out sofa couch. Both the living room and bedroom have flat screen tv's and new ceiling fans. Free WiFi and cable tv. Spacious balcony with hightop table and 2 chairs, side chair with foot stool and side table. Storage closet with 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, fishing pole and bait bucket. We stayed both January & February of 2024, & thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo is small, but George & Lisa were sure to provide everything you will need for a great stay! The morning views of the sunrise are FANTASTIC, even though you don't get much of an ocean view from this condo. The pool & grounds are kept immaculate, as well as the common areas & laundry rooms. Check in was very easy & George was readily available for any questions. YOU WILL WANT TO STAY AGAIN!!

Lovely carefully planned and newly renovated condo in a well run building. Everything we needed seemed already thought about and provided. We had a relaxing month and found the other occupants of the building to be especially friendly. The location, right on the beach, is a convenient walk or drive to all the amenities Marco Island offers. Anyone staying at this condo will be impressed by its personal touches and comforts. We tend to cook in and were satisfied with the essential kitchen needs available. The owners are easy to deal with and were most accommodating.
