This is a stunning, recently remodeled, two bedroom condo on Marco Island. It is a 2 bedroom residence with 2 baths, new flooring, and an updated kitchen with new appliances and quartzite counter tops. New linens, towels, and amenities have been added. New flat-panel HD TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Free wifi in unit. Rental includes an assigned, covered parking space.

And after taking our provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach with our beach cart (if needed) the first time, you can leave the chairs in a storage area located on the grounds until the end of your stay. The building features secure access, on-duty guard, two tennis courts, large swimming pool, picnic area with 2 gas grills, exercise room, and social room with kitchen and large-screen flat-panel TV. We are just a short walk to the JW Marriott Resort and Spa and their wonderful restaurants/bars and other amenities.
