Regency Towers was built back in the day when complexes went wide rather than high. As a result, Regency has two oceanside pools, kiddie pool, and one of the largest sun decks on the beach! Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security, and is know to be a family oriented environment.

This lower floor (3rd) condo features two spacious bedrooms with a King bed in the master, and two full size beds in the guest room. This condo was completely remodeled and ha a new lving room suite with a sofa sleeper. You will not find a better two bedroom condo at the Regency Towers! The kitchen and dining area have new tile, and the kitchen has new appliances, new cabinets, and granite counter tops! You will enjoy the breath taking oceanfront view from this beautiful condo! This unit has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking on the balcony is also prohibited.

Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.
