I had two friend couples come to visit me in Fl and I rented out this beautiful 5 bedroom/5 bath magical retreat home and it was worth every penny. The home is so beautifully decorated inside and every room was very comfortable. Pool was perfect and really enjoyed the times we spent at the resort/lazy river. Management was a phone call / email away. Quick response each time I had a question. We all enjoyed our stay so much, we can't wait to book it again.

We enjoyed our stay at Magical Retreat Champions Gate. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot to prepare many meals. We appreciated having the washer and dryer, especially with little ones. It was great that the house was within walking distance to the clubhouse. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. As a family we enjoyed being able to all be in the same house. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This home was the PERFECT fit for my husband, myself and our 8 children. Plenty of room for everyone, tons of bathrooms. There was a nice quick and easy walk to clubhouse which we thoroughly enjoyed (fun movie on each day whenever you want to watch!). Kids especially loved racing around through different pools/ lazy river that was nice and heated as we went during colder month of January.Amenities were AWESOME- took shuttle to pickle ball at the tennis courts each day and used the pool and hot tub multiple times a day.The hosts were EXCELLENT to work with. When we needed help with some things, we always got a quick response and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Appreciate very much- thank you guys! Well worth our time and money!

We just returned home from our vacation and we miss this rental home already. It is a lovely home with everything you need for a comfortable and fun vacation. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were relaxing after a long day at the theme parks. If a trip to Disney World or Universal Studios is in your future, I highly recommend staying at the Magical Retreat at Champions Gate!

We were so happy we chose to stay at the Magical Retreat in Championsgate at Davenport on our trip. The house was so nice, spacious and well decorated. The pool, hot tub and game room made it fun on the days we just wanted to relax after visiting the theme parks. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay near Orlando, I highly recommend booking this house. Steve is very responsive if you have questions, and goes over and above to ensure your stay is perfect. We’re definitely returning soon!

We enjoyed our 6 day getaway very much. There were 7 of us and we all loved the fun decorated home, especially the private pool and hot tub. The little touches like beach towels, pool toys, games, books, pacman machine and bathroom toiletries So close to everything, restaurants and the Oasis clubhouse. The owners were great. We could call them with any questions and they were very patient and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

What a dream home! Everything you could want or need provided. The decor was great with themed bedrooms. There were much more amenities in the house than you would expect, especially the fully equipped kitchen. . Of course the hot tub and pool was the hit of the week, definitely order it heated, so soothing. The hosts were super nice and would answer as many questions as you have. It was hard,to,leave but we’ll be back .

Where to start The villa is beautiful, just like the photos except bigger and better in real life . We were a group of 8 , 6 adults and two children 12 and 9 plenty of room and more for all of us . Stayed at the villa for 22 nights. Decor is lovely tasteful and modern . Beds large and comfortable . Loads of storage / wardrobes. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. Very clean everywhere . Pool area not massive but perfect for the time spent at villa as most days out at parks and spa pool lovely for a soak after long day at parks. Kids loved the pool. The host Steve is excellent responded straight away to any queries. Travelling to and from parks could be a bit time consuming but that’s the I4 fault not the location of villa. Great communal pool, plenty of beds , food/drinks expensive but everywhere was . Supermarkets/shops/ restaurants close by for collection or delivery. I would recommend this villa to anyone especially large groups/families you still all have the room to spread out especially with the extra lounge upstairs and you will not be disappointed . All in all a truly fantastic stay at this magical villa

Access The Property:
- Enter The Champions Gate Visitor Entrance. Directions: Take I-4 West (To Tampa), Exit #58. Turn right onto Champions Gate Blvd. Make a right on Ronald Reagan Pkwy, then make another right onto Westside Blvd. You will see the gated entrance on the left. We will provide you a visitor pass to use during your stay which you will provide security upon entrance. After the gate, turn left onto Mulligan Blvd to 1557 Mulligan Blvd.
-Unlocking the door: We will provide a 4 digit code to you prior to check in.
To Unlock Front Door From Outside:
1. Press the Schlage Button (top middle on lock key pad).
2. Enter the 4 digit access code we will send you prior to your arrival.
3. The green success check mark will flash twice and one beep will sound. The deadbolt will unlock. If the red error X lights, the access code was not valid. Try again.
To Lock Front Door From Outside:
1. Press the Schlage Button (top middle on lock key pad).
2. The lock will lock. The green check mark will light once.
If the bolt cannot fully extend, the red X will light and a tone
will sound. The door may remain unlocked! Try again and you may need to push the door a bit while locking.
To Lock or Unlock Front Door from inside, simply rotate the Inside Thumbturn.
TV's: All TVs have two remotes. They turn on with the remote that has the same brand as the TV. Spectrum is the cable company, so select that option to watch cable and you can switch channels with the Spectrum remote controller. You may access other channels on the smart TVs like Netflix, Disney+, etc., with your own subscriptions as well. Just make sure for your protection to log out of them at the end of your stay. Should you have any challenges, just let us know and we'll help.

Pool Heat: If selected during your reservation, the heat will be on during your stay. The heater is for both the spa, which then spills over into the pool. Trash should be placed in a plastic kitchen size bag at the outside bench trash bin by the front door. Trash is picked up daily before noon.
Check-Out time is 10am. Please remember to lock all doors when you leave.
Dishes: Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. There should be dish detergent pods under the sink.
Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the outside bench trash bin.
Lost and found items: Please check to make sure you have removed all personal and valuable items from the property. If for any reason an item was left behind, please contact us report what may be missing and we will take a look.
Cleaning: Do not worry about cleaning anything, as our housekeeping team will be taking care of all the cleaning.
Air Conditioning & Heating: Thermostat located on second floor loft. You can set the temperature between 75 and 80 degrees.
