About the owner: When we started to have grandchildren, we decided we'd like to get a family vacation home near Disney World so everyone would continue to take family trips together.
Why this property? After looking at many homes and communities, it became obvious to us that Windsor Hills was the best community to be located in. We also realized, since we are a Canadian property and come down to Florida in winters, that it was important to us to have a south-facing pool so we would get sunshine all day during our stay. When we saw this house we knew it would be right for us with the south pool and especially because there are no rear-facing neighbors, which gives us a bit more privacy.
