Blue Turtle Villa at The Tides of Vaca Cut (Unit #4), is a brand new 5 bedroom 4 bath home with a private pool, boat slip, all the toys for the perfect vacation ~ paddle boards, kayak, giant Jenga, giant connect four, ping pong and more! Perfectly situated on the water with stunning views, sunrise and sunset colors, and direct quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico!
This gorgeous, 5-bedroom, 4 full baths with upscale décor and modern coastal feel, has 2293 square feet of living area and features an expansive master suite with a King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking Vaca Cut. There is a Junior master on the main level also with a king-size bed and en suite bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath to sleep 3. There are 6 TVs (living room has cable, the others are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon. There is an electric car charger (extension cord not provided).
The Blue Turtle Villa boasts open living space, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with seating, a dry bar entertainment area, a large balcony on each floor, and a private pool. The ground level has a large covered area with seating, a grill, and a fenced yard. Lots of parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Gated entrance. The Tides at Vaca Cut community has a gated entrance, private dock access with 30' of assigned dockage with power and water, whips for your boat, fish cleaning tables, and a waterfront gazebo. Situated in the heart of the Florida Keys within walking distance to restaurants, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and various water activities, while a short drive to Sombrero and Coco Plum Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Islamorada (40 minutes), or Key West (1 hour).
The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook and more (dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, Vitamix Blender, food processor, crockpot, fondue pot, air fryer, pressure cooker, hand mixer, Keurig for your coffee, kids dishes, bartender tools). Outside gas grill, meat smoker, BBQ cooking accessories, bait freezer, and lots of games to enjoy with your family (giant Jenga for outside, giant connect 4, corn hole, mini golf putting, paddleboards, life vests, ping pong table, beach chairs, beach umbrella).
The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week plus tax and processing (prorated for longer stays).

We had such a wonderful time at this amazing unit. We had 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Everything was super clean and ready for us. Our two families with kids ranging from toddler to teen shared this lovely home and everyone agreed it was just perfect. It is well stocked with games, activities, puzzles, baby gear, and the best kitchen equipment of any house we’ve rented for vacation. We actually considered making an elaborate Thanksgiving meal (and then canceled the idea due to wanting to enjoy the sunshine more than cooking inside) because of how well stocked the kitchen is.The fishing from the dock was amazing. Saw so many varieties of fish and the kids loved watching them from as far away as the porch - the fish were that big and the water that clear!The location is very central to grocery, restaurants, and activities. We particularly loved visiting the state parks, mini golf, and the turtle hospital.The property management group is so kind and helpful too. Meredith was so quick to reply when we had a question and Pete impressed us with checking on pool and fixing a grumpy coffee maker for us. I cannot say enough nice things about them both.We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

We stayed in this home for a week with my family (6 adults and 4 children) and we all enjoyed it very much! The views are spectacular, especially sunsets at night; the home was immaculate and well equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need on a vacation. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen to be as well stocked with culinary items as our own home. The beds were all so comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked too. We LOVED the location, watching boats come and go, even though we didn't have our own. And you can walk to a fantastic little place across the bridge to have ice cream and tour a beautiful gift shop. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a 5-star vacation!!

My recent stay in the Florida Keys was absolutely wonderful, thanks to this fantastic vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen, the well-stocked closet with pool floats, beach blankets, chairs, and anything else you would want to enjoy a day on the water! A minor downside was a busy road nearby which could be seen and heard from the backyard, but it didn't detract much from the otherwise tranquil setting.

We rented this beautiful home for a multi generation vacation. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The home is very well equipped and just very comfortable. We just returned from the keys for a week long vacation before the new school year starts. This property was absolutely amazing. It’s located right on Vaca Cut, so for boating this property provides easy access to both the bay side & Gulf side. Whether you like fishing, snorkeling or hanging out at a sandbar this property is perfect.As for the house and the amenities, I have never stayed anywhere with the amount of thought put into accommodating their guests. From the beautiful pool, to all of the outdoor games like ping pong tables, axe throwing, life size connect 4, a closet full of every game you can think of, paddle boards & so much more. You and your family/friends will not be disappointed.The inside of this property is spacious with a perfect layout of 5 beds/4 baths (1 bedroom with a queen downstairs & the other 4 upstairs). Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were, which is always perk when traveling. They have a dining room table that fits 10-12 people, making dinner with everyone special each night. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could think of to help with meal prep and cooking.Lastly, this property was extremely clean and very well taken care of by the owner & property management company. They were very helpful when needed and always available, which was nice. We will definitely be back in the new future!

This was the best vacation of our lives! Quality time together. The house was fabulous, pictures don't do it justice! Spotless tastefully decorated high-end appliances stocked with everything you'd need. Comfortable beds, enough bathrooms. The most important impressive thing was Meredith Taylor!!!
