John M.Post Hurricane Milton review
This is not so much a review as it is an update for people concerned about the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. The city of Longboat Key has done an impressive job at cleaning up the hurricane’s mess. Streets are clean; sidewalks clean; beaches clean. The most noticeable change is the landscaping: lots of trees are bare, grasses and dunes gone or shrunken; yards are getting replanted. Many houses are still empty awaiting rehab. Many houses are gone leaving empty lots. Most restaurants are open with full menus and staffing. For this particular condo: the rehab is great. Walls are repaired and repainted; appliances are all new; no smells or other nastiness. All of the units in the building are repaired and open for living in except one. It has been cleaned out but has not been rehabilitated. There will be reconstruction in the future so you might get some noise. In closing, come on down, the living is easy.

This is a darling condo, that looks exactly as it is pictured, with all the needed items for cooking and beaching and enjoying a a very relaxing vacation. August is not the best month in Florida but the beach was beautiful and it’s was great sitting outside for coffee in the morning and wine at night. The owner, Camila, is wonderful and gets back to you immediately with any questions you have. I am renting again this winter and I’ll be a return guest yearly after that! Truly a little bit of paradise!

What a find.... this adorable place is super cozy with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of bath towels, beach accessories and a lovely breezeway to enjoy a meal or glass of wine! It’s conveniently located to everything you’ll need - a short scenic walkway to the beach, a corner store , a great deli, (Reuben and potato salad...yummy!) and many restaurants close by. I can’t say enough about our host, Camila. She really made us feel welcome - very helpful and flexible! My family and I had a great time!!

This is truly a beach house paradise in LBK. The condo was spotless clean when we arrived, and Camila was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a restful week- comfortable beds, a variety of books, restaurant tips, beach chairs and toys for our little boys.The condo location is perfect! It is a super short walk to the beach and is a short drive to St Armand circle and Ana Maria island. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

I loved this cozy vacation home. It is 2 blocks from the beach, which facilitates going for a walk early in the morning before Harry’s breakfast, or during sunset before a nice dinner in one si many gourmet restaurants close by. There’s everything you need close by. A bakery across street. Grocery store down the street. Pizzaria, ice cream parlor, bike rentals, marine, tennis courts, trails, restaurants in walking distance. The ocean is perfect for swimming, stand up paddling, kayaking. My husband caught a 5-pound delicious fish that we grilled right there in the cozy backyard. The paradise offers you a beautiful sunset every single day! We loved it!

The spot is wonderful for a getaway to a beautiful Florida beach. The home is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The home was clean and has all the amenities were perfect for our stay. Kitchen was spacious for us to cook meals and Harry's restaurant down the street was great for the days we were too lazy to cook.The ocean was perfectly calm and the water was warm. We went swimming 2 to 3 times a day and even saw dolphins in the water 3 out of the 4 days that we were there. It was lovely.

The property is a short 7 minute walk from the beach.
There are walking distances restaurants, mini markets, deli shops, bike rental, etc...all walking distance. Major Grocery store is a 8 minute drive.
The property provides linens (bath towels, bed sheets, beach towels), so no need to bring anything
