The master bedroom invites peaceful relaxation with a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom including walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and attached full bath. Double bed in third bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV. Living room has a new 60 inch TV with premium cable, Blu-ray DVD. Free Wi-Fi and phone – US and Canada.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertop, all appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer-dryer in the unit.
The Sandcastle complex has a large beach-side heated pool, hot tub, game room, library, washrooms. tropical garden and bbq area. The condo has designated reserved parking. Extra guest parking on site. The unit is equipped with a keyless entry system.
Sandcastle 1 is very family friendly, close to restaurants, beach shops, mini golf. Beach Trolley is opposite to condo, which runs from Clearwater Beach to downtown St Petersburg. 30 mins to Tampa airport and 90 mins to Disney World and Universal Studios. 30 mins to Busch Gardens.

25% due and payable upon booking. The balance is payable 90/60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
No refund is given for a cancellation received less than 90 days (90 days for monthly renters, 45 days for weekly renters) prior to the reservation start date, unless the property is re-rented (in which case a partial refund will be issued). Prior to that, all but $100 service charge is refundable.

Sandcastle is right ON the beach. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. I had a wonderful time on Indian Shores. I have stayed on these beaches every summer my whole life and this is an excellent spot. It is not renovated, however. The inside of this condo is straight out of the 80's. It needs some touch ups and bit of elbow grease. Everything is old. I would start with the mattresses, towels and front door. None of this would keep me from staying. The outside of this building looks to be updated and the landscaping is beautiful. Each unit gets one parking space and there are about 10 guest spaces for the building. The owner was very easy to communicate with and it was easy to follow the check in and check out directions.

Spacious 3 bed condo on 3rd floor overlooking gulf beachfront. Free sunset heaven every night. Equipped with everything you could need and more. Happily fitted a family of 4 adults and two 15 year olds. The complex itself was quiet and friendly and there was always a sunbed to be had. Great pool to dip into. Indian Shores is a quiet place, ideal for relaxing. Would recommend this place.

We stayed in June. The condo was very well equipped with all we needed. The condo was spacious and the view is spectacular with a big balcony. The beach is beautiful and just footsteps away from the condo. We felt very safe and it’s a great place for families. We have found us a new vacation destination. We had no problems at all with the owner. He was very nice and very informative. No complaints at all. Never seen a more beautiful beach especially at sunset.

i stayed at villas 2 was great on gulf blvd Indian shoresloved it so much coming for 3 months again next year but staying different place account Holiday villas to expensive next year,we are staying at gulf condos on the beach.\\ Indian Shores,Indian Rocks great place. lots good restaurants ,VIP tacos,amercian cuisine super good,Gumppys also very good.pj oster bar also good.
