I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. We looked all over FL, but were so surprised to find Smy and Shane. They were so helpful and extremely accommodating, from booking through to the last day - and beyond. The price point was outstanding, the property and accommodation were well beyond similarly priced beach front condos, the location just minutes from all shops and restaurants. Certainly Daytona Diner next door was an extremely nice surprise! We booked again for next year without delay! 3 beds and baths was more than enough for family! All modern and well maintained! Good luck trying to beat this deal. Looking forward to 2024!

After a long cold winter at home in Maine. We rented this place for the month of April. I can't say enough about this condo! It is perfect in every way! Super clean, decorated so well and supplies are endless. There is nothing we needed. It's supplied better than our home. Amy and Shane are so great to deal with. They showed us around and followed up a few times with text to make sure we had anything we needed or if we had questions. The best thing about this condo was the balcony it has a beautiful view of Daytona Beach and a view of Halifax River. The best of both worlds. I love how the pools have glass walls so you can see the beach from our pool chairs. We have traveled for many years with timeshares and this does not even compare to any other place we have stayed. Looking forward to April 2022 so we can do it all over again!

We have stayed in this particular condo previously with prior owners and have also stayed in other condos at Towers Grande. This is our favorite condo at Towers Grande. It has the most spectacular views. The evening sunsets are spectacular and I enjoy the taking in the morning sunsets by taking a walk on the beach.Host Shane cordially greeted us, made us feel very welcome, and pointed out the changed they made to the condo. Shane checked with us periodically to make sure everything was good. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc.We have made many friendships with some of the current residents and regular snowbirds. We plan to return.

We originally rented this condo for what was supposed to be a 3 week stay when our plans changed and we ended up staying for 7 months. It was a wonderful place to call home and we miss it already!Amy and Shane made our stay so comfortable and thought of everything. They are lovely hosts... super responsive and really NICE people! Upon arrival, there were little gifts for the children which was a nice touch. The bathrooms even had little sample sizes of toiletries in case we forgot anything. Oh and Bath & Body Works scent!The condo itself is was immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so if you want to cook, you're all set! Plenty of space for everyone with comfortable beds and all the comforts of home.The building is located across the street from a grocery store which is really convenient. The unit has both ocean views and river views. We actually prefer this view to the direct oceanfront because the view of the river at night is really beautiful. The beach is stunning with powder soft sand. Towers Grande is centrally located in the Daytona area and a short drive to just about everything you want to see and do here.This was such a great experience for us. Stay here... you'll love it!
