Located on the 5th floor, you are the top floor of the building with no one above to bother you with noise! Our unit has direct superior views to the west and of the gorgeous Blackwater Sound. Nightly sunsets are some of the best in the Keys and just amazing, you can not only enjoy the sunset from the privacy of your own balcony, but also from the community docks or sun deck above the community room.
There is a king bed in the larger bedroom which faces the water, the amazing views continue into this bedroom, the second bedroom has a queen with window facing the east side of the building. Each bedroom has its own closet, a tv and a comfy bed. In addition, there is a full-size (small double) bed in the flex room with a small armoire that is the closet.
The tidy kitchen is stocked with all you need to make dinner at home and the full bath is a tub/shower combo, there is also a half bath in the unit.
If you do not have a boat, no worries, there is plenty to do in Key Largo. The private, gated community of Moon Bay boasts two heated pools (one for kids and one for adults), large sun deck, tennis courts, basketball court, recently renovated clubhouse with brand new community kitchen, a Ping-Pong table, foosball, TVs and saunas, an outdoor BBQ area with grills, an outdoor kitchen and a fish cleaning station on the dock. Additionally there are community kayaks and paddleboards for your use! Also, the newest Florida Keys outdoor concert venue, park and beach swimming area is a five-minute walk from MOON BAY! If you are planning to bring your own boat, there are options to rent a slip at the Moon Bay marina onsite; the fee typically changes depending on the time of year. Trailer storage is located offsite. We can go into detail as needed with a quick phone call! You will also need proof of insurance and registration for any water vehicle.
There is much to do around the Keys and several options for deep-sea fishing, dining out, scuba diving, swimming with Dolphins, and all sorts of site seeing! Do your research on a "keys beach" and all other unique aspects of each Key, there is no way to see it all in one trip!

The scuba resort right next door will do sunset cruises upon request, additionally the newest Key Largo Park, Rowell' Waterfront Park is about a two-minute walk from our gates- website Monroe-County-Parks-Beaches.

A seven night reservation is minimum for condos at Moon Bay, this is controlled via our HOA. If the dates you are looking for are not on the calendar please email me to verify. If you have a boat you would like to bring please ask as we have the ability for you to rent a slip close to our complex.... Also, an important note is that our HOA does not accept pets onsite if you are not an owner at the complex, no exceptions!

We arrived at night. When we woke up the next day, the view took our breath away! We had coffee, drinks, and ate on the balcony every day. We watched the Key Largo Regatta from the balcony, so cool! The condo is well-supplied with everything you could need/want. Cute decor, super comfy beds (even the armoire bed in the flex room!). Also, great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and national/state parks. The pool is wonderful, as are the other Moon Bay amenities. Kristina is very attentive, answers calls/texts immediately. The Keureg was acting up with the previous renter; she shipped an upgraded model immediately, and we received it promptly. We would surely rent this condo again!!

This was one of the best and easiest vacation rentals we’ve had in several years. The condo owner was great to work with and everything was perfect when we arrived. The balcony provided a great ocean view and the condo amenities were first class. We will want to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself again.

We decided on a last-minute getaway, and we are so glad we found this amazing spot. Kristina was so easy to work with and booking was a breeze. When we walked into the condo we were stunned by the gorgeous view of the water and swaying palms. We felt like we were in the Caribbean with these views. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook at home. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were nice, as well. We mostly relaxed on the balcony overlooking the water, watching the boats float by. The sunsets were out of this world, and we were able to enjoy them right from the balcony! The property had hammocks, grills and lots of space to relax and enjoy the sights. We can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you, Kristina!

We have a few things at the condo, but there are two awesome nautical second hand shops a mile from the condo. They are a must stop destination! One is called Mother Ocean for all fishing info and bait suggestions we recommend the Yellow Bait House in Key Largo
