1920 sq. ft.Tupelo Magic is in the private, prestigious, secure and mature community of Calabay Parc, 15 minutes from Disney, close to all major highways, restaurants and shopping. The Villa is in a secure community and is monitored 24/7 with 23 video cameras located throughout the complex for your added security. Private swimming pool with attached spa, in a screened in area with a child safety fence next to the Lanai. Pool area faces westerly, to see the sun set and for lots of afternoon sun for lounging after a long day at the attractions. The pool is temperature controlled to 85 degrees via a Solar System,(Additional pool/spa heat is available at an additional cost). Two master bedrooms, one with four piece ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower and the other with a three piece ensuite with walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms with single beds and their own shared 4 piece washroom. We provide hotel quality linen and towels for your added comfort. Full kitchen with all the amenities including seating for eight comfortably in the dining room and table for four in the kitchen. Games room with pool table and foosball for all to have fun after the long vacation days around Orlando. Living areas and all the bedrooms come complete with televisions for everyone to either watch programs together or separately. Two of the televisions have DVD players built-in, so bring your favourite movies. Full laundry facilities available including iron and ironing board, parking for two vehicles. Other amenities include free high speed WiFi. Additionally, there are golf courses nearby, and we have two sets of Men's right-handed golf clubs available to use, if you so desire. We hope you enjoy our vacation villa as much as we do. PLEASE NOTE A $500 DAMAGE DEPOIT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.
We are located approximately 15 minutes to all Disney Amusement parks and about 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Our Villa has Golf amenities, located near Champions Gate Golf community and LegoLand, GatorLand Seaworld etc...

Please note, our pool is heated to 85 degrees via our solar system, which needs sun to operate correctly. Therefore additional heat means during the months between October and April the pool may not get to 85 degree temperature therefore if swimming is required, additional pool heat may be required at that time of year.
Additionally, if you require the spa to heat up, additional Pool & Spa heat is required.

We had a truly amazing time at 341 Tupelo Circle where the hosts John and Karen have a wonderful villa. It was just perfect so much so that none of us wanted to leave. We, a party of 7, traveled from the UK for a 15 day holiday and we all looked forward to returning back to the villa after tiring days at the theme parks. The pool, kitchen, bedrooms and all facilities were clean and modern. We all enjoyed our stay so much and would certainly recommend.

Tupelo Magic vacation home is a great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed our one week stay here in July 2021 while vacationing in Orlando. The pool and patio are the perfect size. The inside of the home is spacious. The water pressure in the showers are great.The home has a comfy feel to it; like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, any noise from neighboring homes were quiet by 11pm or so. It is close to supermarket and stores. Disney and Universal are about 25 minutes away. It was great to be close to the parks yet away from all the tourist busyness. I definitely recommend staying at Tupelo Magic Vacation Home.

Richard & L.Splendid, Restful vacation - FIVE STARS
John and Karen have been the most accommodating hosts. As a frequent traveler and "Road Warrior", this was a welcomed change. Our hosts were very responsive to every question we had and presented a clean abode for us to stay in. The Home Manager AAA Luxury was also very attentive in making sure that we were comfortable. Even came to change a lightbulb for us. My entire family was comfortable with their rooms and the kids loved it. We originally planned for a month and extended our stay for another 3 weeks. John made it easy for us to make that add to our vacation stay.
