ALL rental have an exit cleaning fee -- the min is $550 and if you have more than 6 guests, the EXIT cleaning fee will be based on length of stay and # of people
Intermidiary cleaning is required by owners on stays of 10 days or longer (one mid-stay cleaning on stays of one month)
Cleaning every 3 weeks on stays longer than 1 month -- by our Housekeeping Team -- and you pay them directly
REFUNDABLE DAMAGES DEPOSIT or SECURITY DEPOSIT is based on length of stay (2 months or less $2,500)

if you are bringing one to two dogs, there is a non-refundable dog fee of a minimum of $350 per animal and max of $500 per animal (based on weight)

This house is amazing. Very nicely decorated. Also alot of room. Very private on a canal. We caught lots of fish. The area is great for getting around. Lots of fun at this house. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much.
