We were unsure not using an agency, but it turned out to be a seamless transaction! Toni is so helpful, and might I add, has exquisite taste. The condo was gorgeous! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows, too! The view from the 15th floor was spectacular! Each day it seemed to get more beautiful! Her umbrella service was a nice perk too, along with the VIP parking! I would love to stay again one day!
