Island Dreamz Bay House is a piece of paradise on the Vaca Cut waterway in Marathon. Gorgeous and brand new 5 bedroom, designer decorated, 4 bath single-family home with 36 ft. of assigned dockage. Private pool can be heated upon request for additional fee. Stunning sunset views with open balconies to capture the breezes await you for evening cocktails. Four bedrooms, 3 baths are located on the second level. The expansive master suite has a king bed and an on-suite luxurious bath with bay views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the 4th room has a bunk bed with a trundle underneath to sleep 3 children. The junior master suite is located on the main level which has a king-size bed and on-suite bath. There are flat-screen TV's in each bedroom. The living room TV has cable and all bedroom Tv's are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.. High-speed wireless internet, fish cleaning tables, and gas grills are included. There is a maximum of 12 guests including all children that are permitted by the City of Marathon.

Tess C.Island Dreamz a stunning home, lovely view and perfect location in the Keys!
This was our second stay at Vaca Cut at The Tides. We loved this gorgeous home with its exquisite design and comfort. The house was immaculate ~ kudos to the pros who keep this home clean and well stocked with all the amenities you need. Every meal we had at the house was on the outside beautiful lanai where we watched the ever changing tide. Mesmerizing! We were there for 8 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The location in Marathon is perfect! It is centrally located for exploring the Keys north and south. We traveled to Key West to take a day trip to the Dry Tortugas National Park which we highly recommend! It is gorgeous out there with wonderful snorkeling. Also took a snorkeling trip out of Looe Key to the reef 5 miles off shore with Captain Katie & her dog, Rudder. Fabulous trip! Traveled over the 7 Mile Bridge to Bahia Honda State Park for more snorkeling in this award winning beautiful park. Stopped for the sunset & took the pedestrian walk on the 7 Mile Bridge. This home and the Keys Rock!! We can’t wait to go back and will certainly stay at Island Dreamz again!

The location of Island Dreamz Bay House was fantastic- right on Vaca Cut and close to so many things. We enjoyed the many beautiful sunsets and those in our family who fish, loved doing so right from the dock at the back of the house. The home was furnished nicely with plenty of beach towels and had plenty of space for a larger family group. Having two washers and dryers was a bonus! The outdoor space is very nice with plenty of seating on the covered patio and around the pool. The owners were very professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this house!

Kiri C.Beautiful Newer home right on Vaca Cut
The location of this home was just perfect. My husband loved that we could keep our boat right at the dock and he had very easy access to the Gulf and the Atlantic side for fishing. The home was absolutely beautiful and all of the decorations and furniture were top notch. We saw quite a few iguanas, manatees, and parrot fish as well. The sunsets are very pretty when you sit out back on the outside patio or by the pool. Beds were super comfy. Highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Marathon since The 80’s and this house is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in. Brand new construction with a well thought out floor plan. Being right on Vaca cut affords easy access to both the ocean and the bay with great fishing off the dock. Close to shopping and restaurants and amazing sunsets over the cut. This Thanksgiving we traded our turkey for stone crab and lobster and this house accommodated our family to an amazing outdoor feast. The owners were very Professional and accommodating. They even called us multiple times to give us dining recommendations and ensure we were satisfied with the experience. 5 stars! Will absolutely be back.
