2020-built Terrace condo, Birkdale model at Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club in beautiful Punta Gorda Florida. Secluded but not too far away from it all, this stunning fourth floor unit offers amazing views of sunsets, the 11th tee of the golf course, a pond with lots of wildlife and on a clear day views of sailboats in Charlotte Harbor. The community features a Gordon Lewis designed 18-hole, Par 71 golf course - ranked 11th in the NBC Golf Pass Golfer's Choice Top 50 for 2024! - and a well-equipped Pro shop with Pro instructors and a snack bar for after play enjoyment. There are several leagues available to join. The Tennis Center features Six Har Tru Tennis courts, Six Pickleball courts, Two Bocce ball courts, and a Tennis Pro is available for group and private lessons. There are several leagues available to join as well as area tournaments to compete in. The Fitness Center is open 24/7 and has Nautilus workout equipment, Treadmills, Recumbent bikes, rowing machine and ellipticals plus 2 TRX workout stations and 2 Echelon Fit virtual workout mirrors. There are personal trainers and group classes available. After your workout take advantage of the saunas or a massage at the Getaway Spa which also offers facials and nail services. There are currently Three pools to enjoy with two more under construction. The main resort pool has poolside service from the Tiki bar. The Tiki bar is open daily and serves food and beverages, has three big screen TVs for game watching and occasional live entertainment. There is an onsite Activities Director. Under construction is a Club House with a Grill Room dining, Fine Dining and meeting rooms.
The Master suite has a King size bed, wall mounted TV, large closet for all your vacation outfits and an on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. The kitchen area is massive, has all brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for cooking in. Dining is enjoyed with amazing views from the bay windows. Relax on the comfy couch watching your favorite shows on the 65 inch TV or retreat to the screened lanai and watch the day fade away. For your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit and one reserved covered parking spot. Punta Gorda is a gem by the water with quaint shops and lots of locally owned restaurants. There are many food and music festivals in downtown Punta Gorda. Boating is available locally, beautiful white sand beaches are a short 45 minutes drive. Easy and affordable to get to this vacation rental either through Punta Gorda airport or Fort Myers airport. About the owner: My husband Jean (pronounced Jon) is a private pilot and found Punta Gorda on one of his flights with a buddy. Then we started coming here for boating and kayaking. Finally saw that Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club was coming back to life so when my husband had a job change in 2018 we decided to make Punta Gorda our home. I love the quiet and quaint downtown area with its many festivals and locally owned restaurants. We love boating, are learning to golf again and Jean loves fishing. We are both Real Estate agents now. Previously Jean was in the Printing/Packaging industry and I was in Health Care / Cyto-Pathology. Jean is from Montreal and I was born in Massachusetts to a French Canadian family but have literally lived around the world. Punta Gorda is a hidden gem in a beautiful harbor town.
Why this property? The view and the sunsets is what did it for us. Golf and all the amenities coming like onsite restaurants, spa, gym, salon, tennis and pickle ball on the 2000 acre property were also a big attraction. First we fell in love with Punta Gorda for its boating, fishing and small town charm. We love the downtown festivals and all the great locally owned restaurants.

While wating for our new home to be completed, we needed an interium living space. This surpassed all of our expectations. It was prestine, eminently liviable and was provided with a great attention to detail. Everything you could possibly imagine was available in the apartment from a fully equipped kitchen to ample storage and everything in between. It is a bright and welcoming living environment in a beautifully developed, secure community. Denise and Jean, are the perfect hosts.

My husband and I stayed at Jean and Denises Punta Gorda condo at Heritage Landing the month of March. We had a fantastic time !! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need ( and more). We definitely enjoyed the golf course and the swimming pool. The course is in great shape and can be a challenge with all the water !! They were gracious hosts and it was hard to pack up and go home.

The Turgeon condo is in perfect condition overlooking the 11 hole, miles of barrier trees, the harbor in the distance and the best sunsets ever. Their unit is comfortable, the kitchen has all the essentials, the living area was well appointed, tastefully decorated and felt like home immediately. The Heritage Landing is a growing golf community in Punta Gorda, a small town Florida community with plenty of unique shops and dining options to keep you busy when you need time away from the community pool and perfectly maintained golf course. I am not a great golfer and my wife is just starting and we were able to golf at times with little pressure. Our son, who is about a 6-8 handicap visited and he found the course sufficiently challenging for him. The golf is punctuated by occasional gator sightings, which we enjoyed and didn’t find threatening. We hiked in a nearby wildlife sanctuary and biked daily around the Heritage Landing community. Biking options will be greatly expanded when the Burnt Store Road project is completed. The bike path is already complete within about 1 or 2 blocks of the Heritage Landing entrance, but the construction that will soon be completed made that path inaccessible to us this visit. We spent a day at the beach with our grandson on Gasparilla Island, a quant community about a 45 minute drive away. There are many other beach options in the area. Fort Myers, Estero Beach, and Naples are all within an hour drive or so if more shopping and upscale dining experiences are desired. We found that Fisherman’s Village right in Punta Gorda and other downtown experiences provided us with plenty of variety. Jean and Denise are the perfect hosts that bring it all together!

I was very lucky to be the first person to stay in the condo at Heritage Landing. It was a great stay. The condo was equipped with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay, The owners were very cordial and accommodating and made my stay so enjoyable. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Just an awesome month. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
