-10 minutes from the beach by car including stop and traffic light;

-5-10 minutes from shoppings center, restaurants, golf courses...;
-Completely 90% renovated in May 2014. 100% new furnished in 2014 with modern style;
- In excellent condition, clean and very well maintained.
-55-inch HD TV, Blu-ray (Netflix), fiber internet, Canada-USA phone, BBQ, chairs and beach towels;
-Comfort of a home;
-Landscaped and safe environment;
-Whit a security guard at the main entrance;
-All the outside pictures are directly from our townhouse;
- 2 registration forms and applications paper work with the office administration before the stay. (not to complicated);
-Rental agreement.

Notes:
-We are looking for retired couple, clean, non-smoker and no pets.
-We only have June and September available for this year 2024.
A 100% full paiement at the rental agreement signature (one month before the stay).
-Our townhouse is in a gated community with a security guard at the main entrance. We have to fallow a 2 forms and applications registration paper work with our community office administration minimum 30 days before the stay (rules from our community office). This is not too complicated and we register together with the community office:
1- 1 form for the Short term occupant/lending agreement;
2- 1 form for security US Background check up.

About the owner: We rent our townhouse in the winter season since 2015.
Why this property? -90% renovated in 2014, quiet, very nice touwnhouse;
-Very well situate on the southeast coast;
-With a security guard at the main entrance;
-Landscaped and secure environment;
-In excellent condition, clean and very well maintained;
-Comfort of a home;
-Perfect for a retired couple to receive family during the stay;
-Better to have experience or to know about a gated community. If you don't have any experience with a gated community it is ok.
