-We are looking for a retired couple, clean, non-smoker, no pets.
-30% security deposit on lease agreement signature (non-refundable except for the cancellation condition). (The cancellation condition are explain in the rental lease agreement).
-Our townhouse is in a gated community with a security guard at the main entrance;
-For our guest, we have to follow 2 FORMS AND APPLICATIONS REGISTRATION PAPER WORK WITH OUR COMMUNITY OFFICE ADMINISTRATION BEFORE THE STAY (rules from our community office). This is not too complicated and we register together with the community office:
1- 1 form for the Short term occupant/lending agreement;
2- 1 form for security US Background check up.
