NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). This unit is located on the second floor of the property, accessible by stairs on both sides of the property. We will be undergoing renovations on all units in 2022, therefore the pictures of this unit are of one single unit in the 6 bedroom building pre-renovation.
