This condo exceeded anything I was expecting! All of the furniture even the balcony furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen has anything you would need and the whole condo was very clean. The elevators were pretty quick and then you don’t have a long walk to the ocean. Ruth was very nice and accommodating. You can tell that she thought of all the extras for her place. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Very spacious and well decorated condo in a great location. The huge balcony had an exceptional view of the beach and the gulf. The owners were wonderful to work with and promptly answered all questions. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This condo had all the creature comforts of home the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the supply of towels were more than enough and added bonus beach towels were supplied. My favorite was the views nothing less than spectacular. I definitely would recomend this unit.

The condo was nice, spacious, very large balcony. Netflix and Wi-Fi was a bonus. Only problem was elevator issues. Not anything the owner can do about that. Would come back again.

I'm a single mother of 3, so the best bang for my buck is a must when it comes to doing pretty much anything, and this certainly was great financially, as well as the location and there being all utensils needed to make meals in the kitchen. This trip was our little family vacation and my daughters are 18 and just graduated, 16 almost 17 and almost 2 years old and it was perfect for us! We were right on the beach, and high up to see so far out into the ocean, something I love and is so relaxing to me, not far from Pier Park for the older girls, had the pool which was nice when the baby got tired and started getting scared of the waves in the ocean! We stayed in a different unit at Tropic Winds last year and loved the location and amenities on site, weren't able to book the same unit due to it being such a last minute booking, but this unit did not disappoint and was just as amazing, actually a little better since chair service was included in this unit's rental. I also liked the fact that Ruth and Morgan were great to work with and we had access to contact them directly if there were any issues, which we had none, we did not have that with the last place we booked through last year for the other unit, and let me tell you it makes a world of difference. We were sad our stay wasn't longer, and would be happy to stay again, have actually been looking at dates to get a head start for my next trip.

Loved the location! First time on that end of PCB and it was pretty much traffic free! Condo was clean, decorated nicely, and view was the best! Loved the chairs down by the pool/hot tub area. Property was clean, workers were friendly. We were happy with our choice and would use this site again!

Four adults came down for a weekend and our stay was fantastic!! The condo was clean, well furnished and stocked with everything you need! Large rooms and spacious balcony. The condo is right as you step off one of three elevators, so easy to get to and not standing around waiting.Owners were very easy and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would recommend!!

We were very delighted with the condo, the view and the location of the condo. When we arrived everything was cleaned and ready for us. We loved the location for walking each morning… to Thomas Donuts! What a find for both. We would love to come back next year when my son plays baseball on spring break.

We needed a get away after this past year and this was perfect. Spent so much time on the large balcony. Everything was just as advertised. Definitely want to go back again. Ruth Ann was great to work with and always returned calls. Definitely recommend. Get prepared to relax!
