Easy convenient minivan rental is also available at tampa airport or Clearwater/Saint Petersburg. I also own two other similar condos such as these. Our Mini vans economical, seat up to eight and child seat is available. With rental Small pets allowed upon owner’s discretion. Recent upgrades have included brand new living room furniture, all new flat screen tv's, patio furniture, full bed in 3rd bedroom with Sterns and Foster mattress, and all new stainless steel appliances. Just received new paint throughout the entire condo. The master bedroom has its own 45 inch flat screen tv along with sliding glass doors that walk out to a balcony overlooking the ocean. This condo is not your typical rental accommodation. We provide high quality linens along with a fully stocked kitchen. As an added benefit, we provide items that most rentals make you bring or rent. Also, The Pub Restaurant is located directly across the street which offers a full service menu, and a bar with deck out back on the intercoastal to watch boats and dolphins. These condos are both located within walking distance to local eateries. The nearest airport is located 9 miles away which is Clearwater/St. Petersburg (PIE). Tampa airport is located 25 miles from the condos. Bush Gardens Amusement Park is located less than 45 minutes away. Disney and Universal Studios are located 1 hour and 20 minutes away. John's Pass is less than 10 minutes away which offers a boardwalk of shops, restaurants, deep sea fishing along with many other family activities. Staying in one of my condos will truly be a memorable experience. We rent Saturday to Saturday only . My wife and I truly believe our guests work really hard in order to come on vacation so we do our best in order to make it the most memorable experience that you can have. Thank you

This condominium is located in the middle between St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beach it has many amenities to offer including restaurants accross the street shopping very near airports within 30 minutes along with grocery stores very close buy. Busch Gardens is located 50 minutes away. Universal Studios and Disney are located an hour and a half away.

I would check out John’s Pass it’s a great one day excursion it offers many shops and restaurants along with renting a JetSki‘s, fishing manatee tours and many other local daily tours
This exact unit does not except pets but I do on multiple units in the area and some of them that I do except pets so if you were to contact me I may be able to accommodate you with a small pet thank you

Check-in time is Saturday at 4 PM and checkout time is following Saturday at 10 AM I do have four units down there in a couple of mine to accept pets you can go to and look at my website thank you We also have Minivan station to the airport so if you need one.

Excellent vacation condo rental. Owner was exceptional to work with and very easy booking. He kept in touch with us and offered help if we needed anything. We had no complaints, enjoyed our week! Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful oceanfront view. Very quiet, pool was very nice. Staff was friendly. Close to great restaurants. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the owner and his condo to anyone and our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Condo was great and our family and friends had a wonderful time for the 2 weeks. Only complaint was that we were not able to get in to the other Sand Castle pools like we were told because of the codes required. Our pool was always so busy because there is a way into our pool without knowing the code (part of the pool is not fenced in unlike the other 2 pools for Sand Castle 2 or 3). Will probably rent again next year. Love the area.Larry VL

Sandy N.Spacious condo, breathtaking Gulf views and fabulous sunsets
We enjoyed our time at Sand Castle 1, located in/on Indian Shores, directly overlooking the beach. The property is beautifully kept. Our unit was spacious and comfortable and our host was always very accessible and attentive to all our needs. There is a great assortment of restaurants, (and bars and entertainment) some within walking distance, many just a short drive away. If walking is something you love to do on a beautiful sand beach in the Florida sunshine beside sparkling water and crashing waves... you won't be disappointed. A dip in the lovely pool and hot tub afterwards is fun and refreshing. Avian wildlife abounds; sandpipers, terns, herons, pelicans, etc., and we often saw dolphins swimming leisurely by much to everyone's great pleasure. Our 6th floor balcony offered a spectacular view of the Gulf, the wildlife and the most amazing sunsets. On an environmental note, we were delighted to see that the three Sandcastle condos and most other properties on the beach are working hard to bring back the sand dunes. We had a great time the condo was very nice only thing I would recommend would be getting a electric can opener us older folks have a hard time with the twist kind but pool was fun the view was nice and fire works was great seeing them off our balcony
