Was a wonderful condo. Perfect location. I hope we can return again. We were a group of 4 girls and it was a great escape for us all. The decor was so comfy, cozy. I brought items I thought we would need that staying in other condos were not included. They were all here for us at this condo. I sent an email to owner while we were there just about how great the place was and he responded right away. I visit this area of Florida at least once a year and we loved it here. I also visit other areas of Florida occasionally and like this one best. Beach is on the doorstep. Pool out the front door. Walking distance to some good, really good restaurants. My friends want to come back next year for 2 weeks

Kathleen C.Wonderful stay in quiet area of Cocoa Beach
We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. Tony & his wife obviously care about their property. There are lovely touches throughout the condo; colors, lamps, artwork, furniture and towels show they care about their property. We let Tony know that the teaspoons seemed to have walked off as did the wash clothes. It didn’t detract from our stay. We would have loved to have opened the doors & windows to let in the ocean air but we abided by Tony’s request to keep them closed to maintain the unit. It was great to have towels, chairs & other beach items since we didn’t want to bring them on the plane! We were extremely satisfied. Tony was easy to deal with & even sent us a text to let us know we should go out on the beach to watch a SpaceX launch. This would be a great place for kids (if they can be trusted nor to head into the ocean without parental supervision.) We loved to sit and watch the ocean all hours of the day. We loved that it was very quiet during our stay. (January.) highly recommend.
