Property includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an extra sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a sun porch with 1 twin bed. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Three flat screen TV's with Dish Network and Internet Wifi included. Geiger Key Marina restaurant is located less than a mile away with wonderful food and entertainment. $4,000.00 per month. Due to local by-laws, we are unable to rent for periods less than a month.

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. A $500 deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
Regarding cancellations: If cancellation occurs within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

Awesome Key West Getaway-We'll be back!
This location is amazing just minutes to downtown Key West and a few minute idle by Boat to the Ocean(we brought our own boat and docked out back!) Had fun Snorkeling in crystal clear water, and even tried our luck at fishing and caught some mahi mahi! Home is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Comfortable with upgraded linens, sleeps 7 easily, three twin beds, king bed in master, and Queen bed in guest bedroom, and two full bathrooms, was great for our entire family and friends too! We will definitely be back!
