We had the pleasure of staying at the Berridy’s home, and it was an amazing, relaxing experience. Their home is extremely comfortable & equipped to the max, from the kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms & very clean. The fact that they have an elevator was a big plus. The backyard is actually the beach, so nice. We can’t wait to come back

Lovely rental with stunning views over the sound! Upstairs rain shower and French doors off every bedroom. More than enough space, but we couldn't spend enough time outside! Enjoyed fishing off the dock, reading on the balcony, the firepit on the beach and views of the sunset all off the back steps.Owners were so kind and accommodating. Will visit again!

We stayed at Mary Esther for five days. The house is well appointed with anything you might need. It is a home where a family or couples will enjoy. I would recommend this home. The hosts are professional and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we’re in Florida, I will stay there again.

Sometimes expectations are met, other times, not so much. This time, our expectations were exceeded. We can sincerely say that we loved every minute of our stay. This property is not only beautiful...it's large, comfortable and very clean. Ideal for a family reunion or summer/winter retreat. Beautiful views of the sound from every room. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor. Spacious guest bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. One of the guest bedrooms is an ensuite and we used it as a second master. The livingroom furniture was extremely comfortable and there was ample seating for our family. Loved the gourmet kitchen. We all had fun hanging around the island cooking our meals. We swam, we fished and we cooked our catch on the back porch. Many great family memories were made. We plan on returning every year.

I recommend this place to spend a few days with family and friends, the place is very clean, it has a fantastic kitchen, it has very spacious rooms with a very beautiful view, you can also catch delicious fish. It is a very nice and large house for everyone, each room has beautiful decorations, very comfortable beds, it has rooms that can enjoy a very nice balcony, there are also rooms with a table to prepare coffee and the kitchen has everything to make a delicious family meal The place is very quiet and you can enjoy a lot of fresh air from the sea, relaxing and very cozy. It has restaurants very close and markets. I am very happy for the moments I spend with good friends and family.

From the moment we drew up the driveway we were impressed , once inside the house we knew we picked the right home for our vacations . The split plan a plus , master bedroom one side of the house snd the rest of the bedrooms on the other side, , amazingly all king size bed , room first class decorations . The kitchen one of a kind , very spacious , an island counter to sit comfortably though the dinning room is next to the kitchen.The family room confortable and charming. What can i say about the pool beautiful and well maintained ,drive to the beach less than 5 minute drive.We have decided to book already again for next year before it gets booked , outstanding experience , can’t wait to come back

The Berridy’s place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. Really nice decoration. The pool is great!!! It is very near the beach and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. The whole place made us feel at ease. The owners are very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when they welcomed us. It is a beautiful place to stay with family or friends. I would definitely come again! I recommend this place in Marco Island
