Just far enough from the noise of our little touristy family vacation town of Lauderdale by the Sea but just a quick walk when you want to be in the action!
Lauderdale by the Sea has great beaches, outdoor restaurants, cafes, boutiques, sporting shops almost anything you can think to do is walking distance away! If you need to get to the other side of town, jump on the Pelican Hopper, a free shuttle that will take you there! Want to play some tennis or head to the park? It is conveniently located down the street from this vacation home rental. There is a queen-size bed in 1 bedroom and a full-size bed with a twin bunk bed and a pull-out twin bed trundle! Both bedrooms have room darkening shades, so you can relax and sleep in! This vacation home rental has beautiful hardwood floors throughout granite kitchen, and dining seating for 6. Private driveway for off-street parking. Wifi throughout, books & video DVD library for your enjoyment. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, surfboard, boogie boards, coolers even a beach cart to get it there! All linens/towels are provided. We also have a washer/dryer- no one likes to bring a suitcase full of dirty laundry home! Ask us about our concierge services, we can have your groceries/beverages waiting for you! We loved our stay at the Poinciana beach villa in Lauderdale by the Sea. The home is nicely renovated while maintaining a laid back, beach vibe. It is very clean with plentiful amenities and an incredible fenced back yard with a pool. It is in a great location as well. It is around the corner from.a shopping plaza with a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, salon and shops and a short walk to the beach and everything else LBTS has to offer. The neighborhood and neighbors are also delightful. The booking communication was also terrific. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
