A short walk to the beach or the great neighborhood restaurant and beach bar. We where on a work trip so the dinning room and screened balcony both served as offices and it worked well. Large Master suite with comfortable king bed and door to the balcony also. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and is also large and accommodating. We would be happy to stay at this condo again.

Norman C.We felt like we were vacationing at an "All Inclusive" resort!
As soon as we turned into the beautiful flower lined Ocean Village main entrance, I could sense that our stay was going to be special. Upon entering our condo on the dining room table was a bottle of champagne and glasses along with a welcome note from the owners letting us know that if they could help make our stay better or if we needed anything, to give them a call. The condo was newly decorated and in immaculate condition. The modern kitchen appliances, counter tops and cupboards were in perfect condition and filled with literally everything we needed! Just bring your clothes unpack and you are ready to begin your vacation! The white leather sofa with soft pillows along with the colorful art and decorative wall treatments, made the main living area feel cozy. Being a video producer, I really enjoyed the large new widescreen Sony 4K television. The Master bedroom is very roomy with a king size bed, dressers and nightstands. We each had our own walk-in closet that contained extra sheets and blankets. The master bath was redone and featured a double ceramic tiled shower. It has several shelves and drawers to towels and other personal items. The guest bedroom had two beds with remote controls that can raise and lower your viewing position for reading, watching TV. This unit features a screened in lanai overlooking a large pond with a fountain in the center. We found it to be our central go to place for us to enjoy our morning coffee, read or simply relax. It has two individual sliding doors that take you into the main living area or the master bedroom. This is a 3rd floor unit (with a central elevator) that makes it easy to bring up groceries or other items. There is a private pool and two Pickleball courts just a few steps from the building. Easy places to meet new friends. The INN restaurant, main pool, fitness center, library, tennis courts, 9- hole golf course, shuffleboard and bocce ball are all located within a short walk, bike or car ride. There is always something to do! Of course, the biggest natural feature Ocean Village enjoys is of course is the Ocean! Walk, jog, swim, fish or just relax along miles of private beach. I have to say without a doubt, that living in our beautiful condo, along with all the amenities offered at this community, made us feel like we were living at an all-inclusive resort. I HIGHLY recommend it!

We spent 22 days in the Ocean Village Complex and it was Wonderful. The grounds were exquisite, the Pools were Fabulous, and our accommodations were great. Everything in this unit was functional and comfortable. The other owners and Guests were very friendly and we felt welcome here! We were close enough to walk to the Ocean and took advantage of these beautiful private beaches! I would highly recommend this property and specifically Tom McCarthy's unit.
