Deposit and cancellation policy:.....$1,000 deposit due with signed rental agreement. Full payment, less deposit is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. 100% of all payments made more than 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period will be returned, in the event of a cancellation. If cancellation is made within 60 days of the beginning of the rental period, the owner will make every effort to replace the booking and if successful, all money will be refunded.
NOTE: Due to substantial increase in taxes, dues, insurance and assessments, rental rates for 2024 will increase approximately 30%.

Truly enjoyed my stay. What a fantastic view to wake up to each morning! Owners David and Heidemarie were very welcoming, quick to respond to questions, and attentive to details. Condo was fully stocked and convenient to shopping and area attractions. A perfect community for walking, biking or simply relaxing.
