Our 1st floor unit includes a private patio offers the added perk of observing the parrots that inhabit the area. This large, one bedroom unit has a lovely sun room that offers a queen Murphy bed n for extra semi-private sleeping. It features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances & is furnished with everything you'll need for a great vacation. You'll also enjoy private access to Barefoot Beach's white sandy beach, less than 600 feet away. Our heated pool is said to be the nicest in the area, with many lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful inter coastal waterway. There is also a fishing pier on site with boat slips available for rent. Multiple laundry locations and gas grills are available throughout the resort.
Our completely renovated unit is in a prime location, next to the very popular "Salt Rock Grill" & "Indian Shores Coffee". We're conveniently located close to grocery stores, great entertainment venues & "John's Pass".

Refundable damage deposit of $150 is required & will be returned after 5 business days of checkout, providing no damage or excess cleaning is reported.
Cleaning fee is contracted & includes additional disinfecting service. Linens are provided along with a starter set of paper products, dish/dishwasher soap & paper products. Excess cleaning fees will be deducted from the damage deposit. Any special requests for the house cleaners (linen swap, etc.) must go through the owner & will incur an upcharge.
Parking tag must be hung properly inside vehicle (only 1 vehicle allowed) to avoid being towed & the tag must be returned upon checkout. $50 fee to replace a lost or forgotten parking tag. Overflow parking is available on street or at the municipal lot nearby.
Boat slip rental is available on a first come, first serve basis: $1/ft per day.
Barefoot Beach has a strict "No Pets" policy. As much as we all love our 4 legged fur babies, absolutely no pets are allowed in our condo or on the property unless they are registered service dogs. (Emotional Support Animals are not allowed.) Please notify the owner prior to reserving the condo if you plan to bring a service dog.

Our family loved our vacation home away from home! The beaches were beautiful and the pool was so relaxing. This is a perfect place for a family that loves the beach and fishing. Just a short walk across the street to the beach, and the beach cart was a huge plus for our family with kids! The fishing dock on the property was a nice place to end the day. Well maintained unit , owners very attentive to needs. The buildings and area are very well kept. Close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are available. This is a very easy accommodating unit. Has everything you need. No need to worry. Pool is heated. Can be busy. But pool is large enough to handle. Close walk to coffee shop.

We had a great time. The weather was good. We took the Jolly Trolley everyday. We did not rent a car this time and did just fine. Went to John's pass and went fishing and ate our catch at the fisherman's rest next to the fishing. They cooked and gave us two sides for 11.00 it was great. The beach is the very best!

No, unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, our resort has a strict NO PETS policy.
Yes, one parking spot per condo. The appropriate parking tag MUST be hung on the rearview mirror of your vehicle or else the resort management will have it towed. There is a $50 charge for lost or non-returned parking passes. Also, vehicles may not be backed in to the spaces, due to health regulations (exhaust fumes facing condo entrance doors).
No, it is 20 steps from the inter coastal & 250 steps from the beach. We have a private beach entrance & beach are for resort guests only (not public access).
Yes, linens including bath towels, pool towels, etc. are included as well as sheets for the master, futon & pullout. There is a starter set of paper products, hand soaps, etc. Linen exchange service is an upcharge of $20. There is a $4 per towel charge for missing or stained towels & washcloths.
Yes, the resort is following CDC recommended guidelines & our condo housekeepers are utilizing an upgraded disinfecting procedure.
You will be provided with access codes & general information once you have paid for your rental in full & prior to the date of check-in.
