Shell House is a two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, multi-level fun-house on a extra large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood only two blocks from popular shopping & dining.
Three bedrooms with three king beds plus a queen sofa sleeper in the TV room.
Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need for island cooking & entertaining. Dining table with seating for 8. Small breakfast table in TV/Coffee bar area.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler & a beach cart are provided. The beach cart has large inflated tires for toting chairs and a cooler easily to the beach and over the sand.

I lived in Holmes Beach for many years. It was always my favorite place to be. When I needed to move I promised myself I would rent and come as often as I could. SunPlaza West has always been my go to rental. It has everything I want. On the beach, tennis, heated swimming pool, elevator, close to everything. This unit is very lovely and relaxing. The management company is the best I have ever dealt with. The little start up packages were so helpful and nice. ️️️️️

We stayed at shell house @ , I was able to bring my daughter and son and their fiancé’s to stay with us, it was just as I remembered! What a great trip! The house is so cozy and the location is perfect! Access to the beach is just a few steps away! Every morning the house is flooded with sunlight and it’s a beautiful place to look out and enjoy my coffee. Everyone had their own space to retreat to, but there was plenty of room in the main areas for all of us to be together. Cindy was the perfect host! I would definitely recommend shell house and look forward to staying there again!

My wife,Judy, and I had a pleasant stay at Shell House. We were less than five minutes from the beach. When we walked into Shell House we were happy to see the clean appearance it was in. It was well decorated and well furnished and in good shape. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything you needed was there. Also, Shell House is located close enough that you could walk to shops and restaurants And yet have peace and quiet. Not only did the house impress us but the owner,Cindy, also impress us with her friendliness and there for us iwhen we needed her help getting the TV to start. Shell House is definitely rated a FIVE.

My wife and I have stayed at this awesome rental several times over the years. The home has everything you need and the beach is less than 100 yards away. Huge corner lot with lots of parking. The home has been updated in the last couple of years and you could ask for a better host. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!!

House was perfect, the accommodations were amazing for our family. Nice open areas. Classic coastal look. Everything you need is in this home. Steps ( literally from beach). A definite to stay again. Quite and comfortable. Close to all the resteraunts & shops. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

My wife and I stayed for a month to celebrate retirement. The location to the shops and restaurants was great. The biggest plus was the location to the beach. Fantastic. There was plenty of parking at the house. The home was very comfortable and Cindy was great to work with. Thank you for providing such a nice place.
