About the owner: Hi after many years owning my own janitorial business. Ive been able to purchase 2 condos in Indian Shores..My company does large medical buildings and surgery centers. I live in Michigan.. im a mom with a special needs son. He loves coming down to our condos.. we usually come 2 times a year or more to make syre everything is up to my standards... I have updated everything in this condo when i purchased it 3 years ago.. it's very important to me that people feel comfortable and happy to rent my condo. I answer every question you have on a txt to my phone.
Why this property? My family vacation for years at this location. We always dreamed of purchasing a condo one day. And finally became my dream came true.

Excellent location. Walk to lots of stuff right across the street and the beach is right out the back. Beautiful area . Only negative was the beds So hard

This condo is amazing!! Vickie is great to deal with and very responsive. The balcony and the beach are simply breathtaking! I loved watching dolphins and sunsets from our balcony. The building is a little older but a wonderful stay. Vickie thinks of everything. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and floats. Really good restaurants nearby.. several within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful beach stay :)
