The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath. The large second bedroom includes 2 Queen beds and private access to the second bathroom. The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining area includes table and chairs for six. A laundry room with a full size washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean. This property includes an outdoor heated pool on the beach, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a private grilling area with charcoal and gas grills, and a work out area. Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possibly need is within 1.5 miles, including Pier Park, grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across the street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. A short 5 minute walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beachfront, restaurants in Panama City Beach.
Ideal parking includes a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators and additional parking on same level and across the street. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.
Family friendly AND great get-away spot for adults. All renters must be over 25 and understand this is a quiet zone between 10PM and 8AM. Never more than 6 people in unit. This is NOT a good place to party. Security on site 24/7.

The condo itself was ok. The owner on the other hand was very rude to me. He obviously had some trouble with his last renter so he took it out on me. He said that they stole from him and lied. When I said I wouldn't do either he replied ( that's what everyone says). Will never stay at Ocean Reef again.

Allow me to respond by saying that I went out of my way to make sure that you were well taken care of, including going to buy a new TV for you and delivering it on a Saturday morning while I was at work. I might also add that you didn't even say thank you! I will further add that your stay was limited to six guests, and you were observed by my security team and cleaning crew as having eight people in my unit. You were deceitful in your agreement."

We had every thing we needed with the exception of working locks on the master suite doors. None of them actually locked and so therefore no real privacy for the occupants of the master suite. It would be great to have more towels and wash cloths so that laundry does not need to be done every day on vacation.

"Hi Carolyn. Thanks for your candid review. There are indeed no locks on the doors in my unit as a matter of safety. One would assume that there isn't any real privacy to be expected in a 2BR/2BA unit with 1100sq/ft. As for the towels, both bathrooms start with 4 bath towels each, for a total of 8 for the unit. I am sorry if that was not enough towels for your stay of 5 days. Hopefully you did appreciate that I also provide detergent for guests to do their own laundry. Come back soon!"

Our condo stay was great and everything we needed for a week of vacation! He only issue we had was one day when only one of three elevators was working and it took a long time to get to the ground floor. Elevators were working later that afternoon.

This was probably the most comfortable and best equipped condo we’ve stayed in at PCB. The location is so convenient to everything also. The assigned parking spot and the parking deck not being across the street was huge bonus. I hope we are able to return in the future.

My husband and I, along with his sister and brother-in-law had an actual relaxing vacation staying here while we celebrated our anniversaries. From the minute we walked in the door we felt like we paid $$$$ for this well designed, clean and cozy condo. We also had a pleasant surprise waiting for us on the counter. Heather was an angel to work with and replied quickly when we reached out to her. The place had everything you could think of and as a matter of fact we could have left our cart and chairs home which would have made our drive more comfortable.
