1100 sq. ft.Very pretty and updated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home, with lovely outdoor living space. Master suite has it's own bathroom with new fixtures and vanity. King sized bed with brand new pillowtop mattress, double bedside tables, and large bureau as well as a walk in closet. Living room also has brand new furniture, done in navy and cream, with new TV, Comcast package as well as fast internet, in a beautiful entertainment unit with ambient lighting. Additional bedroom has a queen sized bed, bureau, and nightstand all in fresh white. Entire home has been completely repainted with new light fixtures in every room. There is a large pool with a lanai, and a wicker sectional couch with additional matching chaise lounges with thick, plush cushions. A dining table with chairs and a grille are also provided. There is a washer and dryer as well as a one car garage. A really lovely home!
I fell in love with Port Charlotte when visiting and decided to buy a home there. Not yet retired, so offering it as a rental. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. 5 minutes from the Port Charlotte Beach Park, with proximity to beaches and a boat launch. It is very close to Tampa, Venice, Casey and Siesta Key are not far. This house is perfect to never leave or use it as a peaceful home base to venture out on day trips. You will not regret it!

I stayed for 2-months at Sandra's home and very much enjoyed my time there. The home is located in a modest, safe neighborhood and is only a few blocks away from Tamiami Trail and its many stores and restaurants. At first glance, the exterior of the home looks plain because the owner has not yet had time to improve the landscaping of her recently-purchased property, Once you step inside, however, you immediately feel at ease and sense the love that has been put into updating the home and tastefully selecting all new furniture and decor throughout--including mattresses and linens. No second-hand or time-worn furnishings here. I loved it all!The split 2-bed 2-bath floor plan worked well for sharing with another person (or couple) and we loved having the option of living and dining either indoors or outside in the huge lanai with ceiling fans and party lights. The home came outfitted with lots of towels and and floaties for the heated pool as well as beach chairs for going to one of the nearby beaches like Boca Grande (my favorite). The pool at Port Charlotte Beach Park is only 3 miles away and offers water aerobics most mornings. Although a few small items are still needed for the bathrooms and kitchen, I have no doubt they will be added soon by the owner who has thoughtfully strived to provide all creature comforts (including cable TV and Internet). Thank you Sandra for providing me with a wonderful escape winter! I hope I can return in the future. Best wishes!
