The villa has a complete package of BBQ grill, High-speed internet, and gameroom.
With 2,100 square feet living space, Hamlet villa is very roomy and bright owed to its cathedral ceilings and bay windows design by the #1 home builder - US Home. It is luxuriously furnished and beatifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master en-suites with its own large private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. Hardwood floor in every room. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.
The southeast facing swimming pool and spa bring in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long. Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful separated dinning room and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, radio/CD player in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. High-speed intenet is free of connection and use.
The two-car garage is converted into a bright air-conditioned game room with a standard size pool table, foosball, soccer, air-hockey.

We recently stayed at this villa for six weeks. It had everything necessary to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. It was well furnished and well decorated. It has plenty of dinnerware. The linens and towels were well stocked and of high quality. Bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Games room was an added bonus. Pool area was well furnished and with five loungers and outside dining table. Thoroughly enjoyed pool with perfect water temperature that overlooked conservation area. Very peaceful. Our host, Sharon, was excellent and very accommodating . We had a great vacation here and would recommend this villa to everyone.

The area was good, and I was able to check in with no problems. There were the main stores close to where we stayed. The first day the pool was not hot, and I paid for it. The stay was good after that until the last night we were there, and we were unable to use the wireless connections to watch TV or use our phones or tablets. We did call for help but they were unable to help but was very nice and tried in every way to help resolve the problem.

I stayed in this house from december 30th2021 -jan 16 2022 Upon arrival we noticed several thingsFirst being that the house needs major upgrades. The house was full of dust and dirt Several things were broken including: Garage door Foosball table Pool table and cue Sink had no pressure and the water would spray all over We had not used any linens towels or sheets due to dirt Blankets had to be over 5 years old Dishwasher was broken Phone in the home does not work Internet would shut itself offAnd when we tried calling the owners the only response we got was to call the property management and we had called said property management they never answered for the entire duration of our stay nor did they call back. So if your hoping to talk to the management company good luck. Make sure to bring dishes and cutlery there was little to none Coffee machine was brokenWould strongly suggest against staying in this house spend the extra 50 bucks to get a properly maintained home

We arrived and the house is dirty. The glasses are not clean, the house is not clean. I called the managing agent and he is not bothered There is no Grill - The Sofa has a tear in the back with stuffing coming out - Sticking has come loose - Bath matt is filthy - Sun Lounges are filthy - Cigarettes burn on outside table - Trash can in Kitchen broke - Food residue on cupboard above the sink - glasses in the cupboard that smell of beer - pool full of dog hair - glasses not washed - full of beer - pool lights don’t workEverting is dirty

I traveled to Florida for a quick getaway and ended up not wanting to leave had to add a extra day I loved the home it came wit majority of the accessories we need kitchen and bathroom wise great location and most of all beautiful gated back yard pool we were 15 -20 min frm international drive 15 min frm Disney springs ..... you won’t go wrong choosing this beautiful home to enjoy you stay in Florida
