This townhome is cozy, quiet and spacious with close access to Sanibel and Fort Myers beach and all the Iona area has to offer: swimming, shopping, restaurants, nature and golf as well as hospitals and doctors. It is conveniently located adjacent to the nicely refurbished heated pool, so swimming is right outside your door! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate large dining room for comfortable meals with family and friends. A sunny enclosed sunporch provides additional space for games, computer (wifi included) and reading. Peppertree Pointe is a one of a kind quaint community with a private fishing pier, picnic area and sandy beach on the Caloosahatchee River. You can walk to the river and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. There is also tennis and pickle ball available.

The living areas are large and the interior spaces are very quiet with lots of natural light throughout the day. The townhouse has a great floor plan and lives like a single family home. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and share a bathroom with a double sink vanity and a separate shower/toilet room. There are lots of closets with the guest bedroom having a huge walk-in closet/storage room.
You can take a swim, go for a walk around the lake or just relax in the courtyard or sunroom with a good book.
The heated pool is steps away from the townhome so you don't have to pack anything; just bring a towel! The walking path around the lake is perfect for a stroll. The grounds are level, so walking and biking are effortless. The courtyard is a perfect outdoor space if you want privacy.

Had a very nice stay at Jodie and Ron’s place in Ft. Myers. Excellent location near the beach and Sanibel. The condo was very clean and just steps from the pool. Also had a nice private patio area to relax in. Would stay again

Husband and I just finished our vacation at this condo and loved every minute! Condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there: stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. Loved the private courtyard with lounging chairs. It’s about 10 steps to the community pool. Gorgeous landscaping. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping. Easy access to Sanibel. And a 10-minute drive gets you to Fort Myers Beach, which is still in its infancy of rebuilding but beaches are open and food places are coming back. What else do you want?We loved the area so much we went to an open house in another unit. Lol. L. L.A vacation home with so much to offer!
Have just completed a month stay at Jodie & Ron’s home and could not be more pleased. It is conveniently located a short drive or walk to McGregor Blvd, with a Publix and pharmacy very close by. The Ford & Edison Estates are a short drive away and great fun for a history buff. Inside the home is everything you will need for an extended stay - spacious rooms will make it ideal for a family where you spend time together or have some quiet time in the sun room, etc. The home is well equipped with lots of bed linen, towels and all you need to prepare meals in the kitchen. The highlight is certainly the outside - private yard surrounded by palms, outside the gate is the pool, and if you enjoy walking, the most wonderful path surrounding the lake where the song birds are very active. Very quiet location both inside and outside the home. Jodie is a great host and very responsive, would not hesitate to stay again.

Located a short drive from Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers and Naples, this very affordable home is the perfect location for your SW Florida getaway. Situated in a quiet neighborhood that encourages walks to the river front. Clean, well equipped and comfortable with a beautiful pool and wonderful community of neighbors will have you wanting to come back. Explore restaurants in Ft Myers - McGregor pizza, McGregor Cafe, Cristofs, Oxbow to name a few. The Edison and Ford museum are a short drive down the road. Owners respond quickly to requests. We will be staying again!

The location, property, neighborhood - everything was perfect! This condo seems more spacious than its listed square footage. It is beautifully appointed with quality pieces. I enjoyed sitting on the private outdoor patio in the morning. We used the next-door pool in the evening and took a walk to the marina. Everyone we met was friendly.Jodie was easy to contact for any questions we had.A thoroughly enjoyable stay!
