"This is not a review from our condo, as we have 2 hot tubs and we're not across the street from John's Pass, we're down the street about 1/4 mile. Would have loved to have had you as a guest though, so you could have enjoyed our hot TUBS!"

Our stay at Sunset Vistas was a memorable one. My wife and I had a great time. The unit was exceptionally clean. We relaxed on the balcony and enjoyed a stunning sunset. The beach is huge with perfect white sand and tons of space around you. The unit had been recently updated with new appliances and kitchen cabinets. We really enjoyed the new wood flooring, which is much better than tile flooring and carpeting that we usually find in rental units. We had our own designated covered parking spot which is always a plus. Dale and Kara were excellent hosts. They gave us some ideas on where to go, what to do, and where some of the best places to eat were. We experienced no problems during our visit and will definitely return for a longer stay

We have stayed several times at Sunset Vistas 303N. The unit is wonderfully stocked for the kids, and the new remodel was done perfect. The clean lines and beach feel really made you feel like you were at the beach and not sitting in some random hotel in any other city. The location couldn't be any better, just steps to the beach and with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar and a bistro, we never had to leave. However, John's Pass is a short walk away, so we definitely were well positioned to take a family stroll. Anyone who stays at Sunset Vistas will find the owners are wonderful to work with. If you have any issues or just want recommendations on things to do or see, they give you their home phone and will give you more than enough options to keep you and your family busy. We've stayed at many high end hotels and we would choose this condo over any of those places. We've also stayed at another unit at Sunset Vistas (through the front desk), and the decor is what sets this unit apart, not too mention we saved hundreds of dollars, which let us go out to dinner and have more family time. I could go on and on about why this is the only place at Sunset Vistas to stay.
