The living room includes a large, wall-mounted television, comfortable sofa and chairs, and views of the gulf. The full kitchen is well equipped and features a convenient breakfast bar and stainless appliances. The dining area includes dining table that seats six.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed with adjoining private bath. The master is gulf-front with beautiful views of the gulf and balcony access doors. The generously sized guest bedroom includes queen bed, bunk beds for the kids, and private access to the guest bath!
Ocean Reef is situated in a fabulous location that includes a deep beach with 330 feet of gulf frontage. The property offers a gulf-front swimming pool, hot tub, and separate indoor, seasonally heated pool for those raining days.
Just two doors down is one of the best beach-front restaurants in Panama City Beach, Runaway Island. Just walk to lunch or dinner or to grab a drink at the Runaway Island beach bar. Across the street is Hidden Lagoon Putt-Putt Golf and Go Carts as well as a coffee and donut shop. A burger/sandwich restaurant with arcade and a new souvenir store are also located just across the street.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
