As one of the area's few 4 bedroom condos, you'll enjoy plenty of space. Kitchen, laundry room, 3 bathrooms, a gorgeous corner balcony, and 2 master bedrooms! As soon as you walk in this unit, you immediately notice the emerald waters of the Gulf and large open floor plan.
The kitchen has had many upgrades including granite counters tops and all stainless steel appliances. In addition to the upgrades, the kitchen is stocked with all things needed to prepare a meal for your family/group. You'll find pots, pans, baking ware, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, glasses and more. You'll also find a microwave, blender, mixer, toaster and coffee pot. All the conveniences of home!
The dining area has plenty of room for family/group meals with seating at the dining table and more at the counter with bar stools. Great for not only dining, but also for social gatherings and playing cards or board games.
Next you'll find the living area which has direct views of the water! The living area is beautifully decorated with tile floors and comfortable sofas, along with side tables, lighting, large flat screen TV, DVD player, fan, and draperies for privacy.
This beautiful Ocean Reef unit offers two master suites which are each accommodated with a king size bed, luxurious bed linens, flat screen television, bedside lighting, a warm décor and ceiling fan. The first master suite has large sliding doors to offer access to the balcony, which you can open and listen to the gentle sounds of the waves as you drift off to sleep. Each master suite has a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combo and bath linens.
There are two guest rooms: each accommodated with a queen size bed. Each have beautiful and comfortable bed linens, bedside lighting, flat screen television with DVD player and ceiling fan. There is access from each bedroom to the third bathroom. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower combination and fully stocked with all bath linens.
The private corner balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises and private dining.
The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer for all those beach towels. Now there is less time doing laundry and more time for the beach!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
