1903 is well maintained two bedroom condo and was totally renovated in 2023. The owner is committed to a fantastic customer experience. Looking for four bedrooms but want a little space to get away. Book both 1903 and 1901. Both are owned by the same owner and only one condo lies between them.
Unit 1903 updates include a walk-in tile shower, vanity, and faucets in the master bath. An updated kitchen includes wrap-around cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless appliances including new range, undermount SS sink with a gold faucet. The breakfast bar comes with four new stools providing seating for 4. The dining area includes a table and seating for six! Other updates include new lighting, ceiling fans, living area chairs and new art work.
To enhance our guest experience, we provide many amenities that are not normally provided when you rent a condo. These include providing paper products; paper towels, Kleenex tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine pods along with coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook-in, if desired, or prepare drinks to enjoy on the balcony. We cater to customers that enjoy a beach property equipped with quality amenities.
In the master suite you’ll find 100% organic bamboo sheets and pillow cases. Per the manufacture, the sheets and pillow cases are OEKO-TEX tested and certified against 100 harmful chemicals. They provide for a cooler sleeping experience and are softer than Egyptian cotton. The sheets and pillow cases are hypoallergenic to ensure individuals with sensitive skin are fully comfortable. Hypoallergenic bamboo pillows offer the comfort of memory foam for a perfect night’s sleep. The master suite includes two extra plush Turkish cotton robes for lounging as well as four large Turkish cotton bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. From the moment you enter, you'll realize that 1903 is not your normal beach-front condo.
The most important item is unit cleanliness. We ensure your unit is clean and prepared for your arrival. The entire unit is tiled, including the balcony, so no need to worry about dirty/stained carpet. All mattresses and pillows have protective covers. Our team is just a phone call away if you have a concern or issue.
For your entertainment pleasure we have a 65" flat-screen Smart TV in the living room. The living room and master bedroom adjoin the balcony. Both provide stunning views of the gulf with sliding doors to the outside. The master bedroom has a king-size & guest bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, both with quality mattresses, to ensure a great night’s sleep.
Tropic Winds offers one of the largest balconies on the beach. Upgraded balcony furniture includes a comfortable conversational sofa, chairs, coffee and dining table and a chase lounge. The balcony makes for the perfect location to view the majestic sunsets, savor your morning coffee, and enjoy time with friends while listening to the waves and enjoying the views. The balcony provides the perfect spot for a romantic dinner over the gulf, sandwiches during lunch or a fun happy watching the sunset! It just doesn’t get any better.
Tropic Winds is located on the west end of the beach where things are more relaxed. We are close to Pier Park and some of the best restaurants in PCB.
A RESERVED parking space is located under the building. The first parking pass is free, an additional vehicle pass cost $40.
