The kitchen is all new cabinetry, brand new stainless appliances, new granite counter tops with lots of "new everything" in the cabinets too. We have new dishes, glasses, cookware, cutlery... everything you'll need for those vacation menus.

All of the bedrooms are stylishly decorated, and offer the highest quality mattresses for that good night's sleep. You can continue your vacation in the morning, relaxed and ready to go!

Each bedroom is a suite, offering its own bath! These are hard to find on the beach! Three of the bedrooms offer KING size beds, while the fourth bedroom has TWO DOUBLE beds. Just a note, the couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa.Also "new" are those amenities that help you enjoy your time in the condo. The living room features a TV and DVD player, as do each of the bedrooms. Free wi-fi is also included to help you stay in touch... although, wouldn't it be great to go on vacation and "forget" the rest of the world for awhile?

Even on vacation, though, we have to be practical, and this unit offers a brand new full size washer/dryer.

Unique to this development, and one of its best features, is the spacious, over sized balcony – over 400 sq. ft – the largest in Panama City Beach!
