During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. No Pets. Quiet hours are to be observed.
