Tropic Winds 1806 is a beautifully, decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beach-front condo. We offer TWO FREE BEACH CHAIRS & ONE UMBRELLA provided seasonally March 1st to October 31st. Our property is well maintained and we've provided many new updates for the upcoming season.

Our remodel includes: 65" wall-mounted flat tv for awesome entertainment, new living room leather furnishings with sofa sleeper, new dining room table and chairs, a master bathroom walk-in shower, updated guest bathroom, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, tiled kitchen backsplash and bar back-facing, and custom paint job including walls, doors, trim, and ceilings! Our remodeled and oversized, beach-front, balcony now includes tile flooring, new 2024 conversational set seating and new chaise loungers. Enjoy the balcony in comfort! It's perfect for sun bathing, reading a good book, hanging out with friends and family, enjoying an outdoor meal with endless gulf views, or toasting the beautiful sunsets. The balcony is to die for and everyone's favorite feature of our condo.

The master suite includes king-size bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, flat-screen tv, and balcony access! Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the bedroom or sleep to the sound of the waves.

The guest bedroom includes king-size bed with private access to the updated guest bathroom. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen tv. The bath includes combination shower/tub with tile surrounds. The guest bedroom is spacious and large with plenty of space (not your typical small bedroom that other condominiums have).

The kitchen features beautiful wrap-around, cherry stained, cabinetry. Stainless Appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, combination stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A coffee maker and kurieg are provided, for our java lovers, as well as blender, toaster, crockpot, and all cookware for preparing delicious meals.. The included laundry room features a stacked, large front-loading, LG washer and dryer.

Tropic Winds is perfectly located on the quieter, west-end, of Panama City Beach and is also only 2 miles from the popular Pier Park restaurant, shopping, and entertainment district.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free, an additional vehicle pass cost $40.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
