The guest bedroom includes king-size bed with private access to the guest bath. Watch you favorite movies on the flat-screen tv. The bath includes combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom is spacious and large with plenty of space (not your typical small bedroom that other condominiums have).
The kitchen features beautiful wrap-around, cherry stained, cabinetry. Appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, combination stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A coffee maker is provided, for our java lovers, as well as blender, toaster, etc.. The included laundry room features stacked, large front-loading, LG washer and dryer.
An oversized, spacious, gulf-front, custom-tiled balcony is provided for your complete enjoyment. Have a sunset dinner with views of the gulf or take a much needed nap complete with the sounds of the waves. The balcony is to die for and everyone's favorite feature of this property.
Tropic Winds is perfectly located on the quieter, west-end, of Panama City Beach and is also only 2 miles from the popular Pier Park restaurant, shopping, and entertainment district.
